"Turned out to be an excellent choice for a 5* near the haram. A lot of the service level was generally 5* standard. Dinner was very good (half board). House cleaning and room service were excellent. The dedicated lifts to the Haram make this a fairly fast choice for getting downstairs for prayer. Breakfast was just okay and there were not very many hotel facilities. Concierge was good."

We as a family of 3 members were treated like Royalty/ were given free upgraded room/ Originally booked and paid from 19th to 24th April 2025 due to change in umrah rules in Mecca we had to check out on 22nd April earlier So we could perform our umrah in Mecca as new legislation would not allow forus to be in mecca after the 28th April and we were approved by duty manager Mohammed for the 2 day's refund. The hotel management will go above customer Expectations to facilitate what they could. Will always Stay at this Fabulous Hotel. Seven Stars from us. "

"We were checked in and out smoothly. It was in a smoking room against my request, but there wasn’t any smell. The view was beautiful and clear. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the housekeeping were constantly asking to rate them."
