"The hotel looks stunning from outside and whilst the common areas are small, they are beautifully decorated in a way similar to The Pig chain if you know that (quirky). Our room wasn’t that big and whilst the 4 poster bed was very comfy, it almost crowded the room too much. The tea and coffee machine was housed in a dolls house and on the landing was a ‘pantry’ where you could help your self to drinks and snacks. Again quirky and smile inducing. "Fabulous stay from start to finish. Easy to park at the back of the hotel and bus into centre of York. Handy wine bar opposite the hotel plus a convenience store. Breakfast delicious. Will definitely return on my next trip to York. "

"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel is situated in a convenient & central location within walking distance to bars, restaurants & amenities. I did struggle finding the car park & navigating the one way system but got there eventually. Just needed to know to look for NCP carpark sign. Had a lovely stay! I like the new updated decor. "
