"The Hotel Ambassador overall was a nice choice. The lobby is very spacious and busy. The reception desk is very busy and therefore the check-in process can take some time. The rooms are spacious with ample closet space and a mini fridge. My room overlooked the pool area which was nice. The wait time for the elevators was not long. The daily breakfast was amazing. Overall my stay was pleasant and I would stay here again. "

Hotel staff are friendly however at check in the receptionist informs the hotel does not have such policy to upgrade Expedia VIP Platinum which is not true since it is a VIP Access hotel and clearly the hotel is not busy and definitely has rooms to accommodate the upgrade. Staff should be trained better. "

"Amazingly well kept hotel. Super clean. Love there is no carpet as it's cleaner and doesn't have dust. Super convenient to go into Pier21 and ASOK station as they are connected. Would totally stay here again in the future. "
