"I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable, bigger than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The pool is amazing, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The WiFi was reliable. It’s about a 12 min walk to the subway. I had a great experience here and will definitely stay again next time."

"It’s very good location if it’s your first time in Thailand, and the hotel offers family room, which was one of the reason why we decided to stay, and rooms are great size as well! Also the spa upstairs is a big bonus!! The staffs are really nice as well. The only tiny thing I could think about is to maybe bring a filter shower head, it’s less of a hotel issue, I think it’s a city pipe condition, and my family is quite sensitive to that, but regardless, we will stay again! "The staff , especially the concierge, was extremely helpful. The only issue we had was , on our previous stay from February 11 through February 14… we stayed in room 1509 and had certain items from the room provided free of charge. In our just completed stay we were in room 1004 and we consumed the same items but upon check out we were charged for them. We were not informed that we would be charged else we would refrain from using them. So I think that guests should be informed of this at the check in time. Or it would be good to have one of the price list in the room so guests make their choices. I chose the hotel because of your quality of service however this experience left a negative impact on me."
