True 5 star quality of facilities, accommodation and staff. This was our first stay in Bangkok and we cancelled another hotel and returned for a night from Phuket before flying home. Great location, perfect for the Skytrain and Metro. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic two weeks at the hotel, the staff were amazing and catered to our needs. Right near the bts so travelling about was not an issue. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved this hotel so much . Staff exceptional. KoKo on concierge is wonderful and so helpful . He makes your stay extra special . The rooms are beautiful and so clean . The dining room is brilliant and wonderful breakfasts . Definitely would stay here again . Highly recommend .

We decided to book this hotel at the last minute for our final night of our 2 week holiday in Thailand. The staff in the hotel made sure we were looked after and relaxed during our stay. We had a late night flight the day we checked out and spent quite a long day at the hotel pool after we checked out. The staff went the extra mile making sure we had everything we needed. I could not rate this hotel higher, especially considering we got the room at an excellent price.

Have stayed 6 times now and am always very pleased with the hotel and staff. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. A really good breakfast choice. My first choice hotel when I'm in Bangkok.

There was some construction currently taking place at the hotel, however I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. The staff were all pleasant and my room was fantastic. Would definitely stay again when in Bangkok.

Loved the hotel. Staff were excellent especially over breakfast where they were super nice and helpful. Would def stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a super hotel! Very close to skytrain so easy to move around.

Great hotel and location. Set back from the main road it benefits from more peace and quiet. Room was great and staff very attentive. Hope to be back soon

Really enjoyed our stay but only one thing that was a shame after paying so much money to stay you get charged for mini bar snacks and water without informing customers.

Nice hotel in a great location within easy walking distance to the sky train. Plenty of space in the apartment and great views of the city. It’s a late check in but we did get into our room an hour or so earlier. Would definitely recommend

My wife, son and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in Jan/Feb. We have stayed at many hotels in Bangkok before and decided we would stay in an apartment in the hotel for a change We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, the rooms were very spacious and clean. There was a comfortable living area with armchairs and a dining table, the kitchen although small was very well equipped with cooker, microwave and toaster etc, the bathroom was fabulous with a lovely big shower area.
