This was our second stay at the hotel. Hidden amongst beautiful greenery, it is an oasis in the city of Bangkok. The staff and owner are incredibly welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The menu and food offered in the restaurant is lovely and prices are very reasonable. Both rooms we have experienced have been exceptional too. Great new hotel. Top class hospitality from every member of staff everywhere. Welcome guys - helpfull and always in great mood, very profesional concierge team, reception best welcome ever - forgot the name of our lady host, she was excelent and very profesional trully dedicated, top 3 breakfast world wide congratukation to chef and his team in the kitchen and serving staff, all very well qualified, hope to be back.

Excellent hotel

Its right at the center with malls and sky train nana station in close proximity. Had a wonderful experience and would recommend for a stay next time ur in bangkok.

Clean room

The staff were amazing, from the front desk, to the cleaners, to the front door staff, literally every single person in that hotel was So helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and the general facilities of the hotel are all well maintained. I enjoy my stay, the hotel is close to a shopping centre and on a big strip of restaurants and bars.

The area is really good for travellers as it is easy to go around bangkok. The staffs are really nice ans welcoming. The food options at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

The property was clean, a little bit wear and tear obvious with it being a busy hotel, but nothing to note. The hotel has 5 lifts which takes a bit getting used too, as they do serve different purposes, the staff at reception will keep you right, The buffet breakfast was adequate with the basics like an egg station and 5-6 different hot dishes along with noddles, rice and the basics like salad bar, fresh fruits etc. The pool gets the Sun from around 11:30, not a big lounging area, so can get...

Awesome place to stay, right in the heart of things

Really enjoyed our stay but only one thing that was a shame after paying so much money to stay you get charged for mini bar snacks and water without informing customers.

This hotel located very close to sky train station and shopping areas, my room had xcellent view of Bangkok skyline

An excellent, stylish hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and a good size - even the standard ones. The buffet breakfast is extensive and varied. It is located close to Asok and Sukhumvit stations for easy travel around the sights and shops. I’ve stayed here on previous visits to Bangkok and will again if I return to the city. Highly recommended.
