As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.

True 5 star quality of facilities, accommodation and staff. This was our first stay in Bangkok and we cancelled another hotel and returned for a night from Phuket before flying home. Great location, perfect for the Skytrain and Metro. Would definitely stay again.

What a gem this place is, had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it so much we’ve booked it again on our way back through Bangkok. The Tuk Tuk service makes getting to the stations very convenient for the MRT and BTS. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the pool is amazing and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Loved this hotel so much . Staff exceptional. KoKo on concierge is wonderful and so helpful . He makes your stay extra special . The rooms are beautiful and so clean . The dining room is brilliant and wonderful breakfasts . Definitely would stay here again . Highly recommend .

We had a fantastic two weeks at the hotel, the staff were amazing and catered to our needs. Right near the bts so travelling about was not an issue. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel

I often choose this hotel when visiting Bangkok. It’s close to everything but a bit quieter than other parts of Sukhumvit and the quality of the rooms is excellent. The western options at the breakfast buffet could be better but the facilities are great and the golf simulator is an added bonus if you play.

Really love this hotel. It is Japanese run and Japanese standard in Thailand. And it is super clean and organized and very comfortable to stay. Right next to metro station with direct access to metro. Super easy to navigate. Also they have amazing parking space downstairs with taxi pickup. Very very easy..The hotel also equipped with 24/7 vending machine and ATMs. They clean the room every day. High floor with nice gym and pool and easy access. Everyone is super polite and friendly

The property was clean, a little bit wear and tear obvious with it being a busy hotel, but nothing to note. The hotel has 5 lifts which takes a bit getting used too, as they do serve different purposes, the staff at reception will keep you right, The buffet breakfast was adequate with the basics like an egg station and 5-6 different hot dishes along with noddles, rice and the basics like salad bar, fresh fruits etc. The pool gets the Sun from around 11:30, not a big lounging area, so can get...

The hotel was extremely well maintained and quite recently furnished judging from the balcony edges. The hotel staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team is superb, they offer you housekeeping services twice a day. Had a wonderful stay, will most certainly come back again.
