"We had booked here because it had EV charging points and a restaurant, and looked like a pleasant setting. We arrived to discover that the EV chargers were Tesla only, and the restaurant was closed. We'd just driven 400 miles, so were not pleased. After a lot of complaining and phone calls by the receptionist, it emerged that the chargers could be used with any EV (officially from October), and we were offered a rather simple (although expensive) meal in our room - a lentil and vegetable dahl...

"Le check in a été un peu difficile ; nous avons eu les clefs de notre mobile home 24heures après notre arrivée ; du coup nous sommes partis la première journée porte non fermée... en terme de sérénité on fait mieux Pas de wifi contrairement à ce qui était annoncé Le ménage qui devait être compris dans le prix ne l'était pas ; j'ai demandé à ce qu'il vérifie ; malgré les assurances données je n'ai pas eu de réponse ; du coup nous l'avons fait Les enfants ont adoré le lac Pas de pédalo ;...

"Accueil plus qu'etrange et vraiment pas agréable, nous avons du attendre 20 minutes la personne devant l'accueil (qui n'était pas sur le site en horaire d'ouverture) la personne ne savait même pas que nous avions une réservation m'a demandé si nous avions déjà réglé et m'a donné un logement au pif. Le logement était nettoyé par les anciens occupants (pas super clean) et surtout aucune désinfection n'a été faite ni avant notre arrivé ni après notre départ en période d'épidémie plutôt moyen."
