"Great over night stay. We arrived very late but every thing was ready for us. A mix up with rooms was resolved immediately. The lobby was spacious and welcoming & the lady on reception was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, a little dated but perfectly clean and tidy. The parking was free, spacious and suitable for our van. The hotel is situated next to a shopping mall. "

Only issue for us was that there was no a/c that we could see or set, and we felt room was too warm for us so we had to open the window at night. "Het is nu een B&B hotel. Prima kamers en intbijt. kussens op zijn Duits super zacht. Persoonlijk vindt ik het niks. In de avond geen receptie. Ik had mijn kamersleutel vergeten, na een telefoonnummer gebeld te hebben was er na 10min die mij een 2e kaart gaf 👍"

Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
