"Greeted with warm welcome by Aaron upon arrival. He & other attendants served us well during our four day stay in Granada. Lofted room was comfortable, cleaned daily and quiet at night. Loved the ambiance and location—easy walk to Alhambra, Sacramente district and Albicin. Close to plaza with shopping and restaurants. Don’t bring heavy luggage to this hotel unless you taxi from parking garage. Great stay, I’d go there again!"

"First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!"

"I stayed for 3 nights and would absolutely return. The aesthetics of the hotel are beautiful and the room quality is amazing. The walls are a bit thin so do be aware. The staff was very helpful and gave us ideas of what to do during our stay. The terrace on the fifth floor was really the highlight of everything since you can see the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. The location was very central and easily walkable to just about anywhere in the city. I can’t wait to visit again! "

"Well decorated room with all the required amenities. Roof top terrace offers some spectacular views. Location is a walkable distance to Alhambra, old town and all major tourist spots although hills and/or stairs are involved. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke with English for an easy check in and some local information. If you have mobility issues, specify this in booking as there is no lift and only a few rooms at ground level. "

"The front desk staff person in the afternoon (Linius?) was super helpful. Room size worked well for three adults. The air conditioning didn’t work, which was really our only complaint. The breakfast for the price was fair but we only did that once, as there were other choices close by. "

"The staff was out of this world. When I booked (which was about a month and half out, they send me a message with option to book the Alhambra through them. When it turned out that it was sold out (especially the Nasrid Palaces) they found an alternate option for me, which turned out to be a great tour. They also took great care of me (a female solo traveler) when I was there, letting me check in early, providing an upgrade, arranging a tablao zambra flamenco visit, etc. etc. The breakfast was so...

"Incredible location! The room had an AMAZING view of the Alhambra even from the bathroom. Even though it was right in the middle of amazing shops, restaurants, and only a 10-15 minute walk from the Alhambra entrance, it still felt peaceful and a bit off the beaten path on its little cobblestone side street. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was truly amazing and took great care of us the whole time. Will definitely book again!"
