Within walking distance of most fun places!
Very well placed for Bukit Bintang (tourist shops/malls), Twin Towers, Aquarium, etc - beds comfortable - staff helpful and efficient Didn’t try food in hotel - seemed expensive - LOTS of hawkers markets or roadside breakfast tables within 200m (front or back of hotel) - eg Wisma Conway - Nasi Lemak for 2MYR (approx 40p UK)
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Get there from airport - KLIA Train to Sentra - monorail to Raja Chulan - right outside hotel! - Taxi not needed (but monorail has neither escalator nor elevators!)

Poor service for a 5* hotel
The Check-in was bad... No conversation, no information, not friendly etc. The guy who was helping me requested my creditcard, which is no proble. I needed to key in my pin number, still no problem. Then suddenly he left and came back 5 minutes later asking me to key in my pin number again in another terminal... Strange and he refused to give an explanation. The hotel istelf is great, nice comfortable rooms, great food!!! Th staff however is very unfriendly and not trained at all. We were in the elevator and wanted to alight at the ground floor, but the staff did not give us space to alight. They were blocking the door and were entering the lift without giving us space to move out... Very bad! Then at check-out we had to pay for the room, of course we refused since we already paid through expedia. It took the receptionist three hours!!! to settle the matter. All together a very nice hotel, but horrible service. If the staff would get proper training this hotel would be be far the best hotel in KL.
