Great Stay
The location is only a 10 min walk to the train station and a 5-minute walk to the tram. There is a Billa grocery store by the train stop which makes it really nice. The room was very nice and very roomy.

NOT A 3 Star Hotel
I booked this Hotel because it was suppoused to be fairly close to city center which it is not, it suppoused to have pillow top mattresse which it has not, it suppoused to have LCD TV which it has not. It has large roomes, IKEA furniture,it is clean. The locked front door to the Apartment could be opened without a key luckily the bedroom had a separate lock.There is a Tramstation nearby but it is a long ride to city center.I would give this Hotel 1 1/2 STARS. I'm beeing fair here and can't quite understand the 3 Star rating and the good reviews the Hotel got.

Nightmare

I gave a 3 because i never actually got to see the room. We arrived at night with 13 pieces of luggage, a baby stroller, and 5 guests and an infant to find out that the room was not available. Due to "flooding issues", or as it turns out overbooking. An email would have been nice. We were given another room with "free" breakfast for our troubles. Well it turns out EVERYONE at this new hotel got free breakfast, not an extra for our troubles. We reserved a 5person apt and were put in 2 rooms at half the value of our original room. The next day we went back to have things made right. THANKYOU ANNA, the daytime receptionist went way out of her way to get us into something more equivalent to what we reserved. However the last night of out trip we would have to find another room. So basically we checked in and out of 4 rooms in 5 days in beautiful Vienna but spent Multiple cab rides at my expense. I am positive they overbooked once again, which I was told by other hotels happens quite a bit at the Actilingua.

Great hotel for a family
Actilingua is special because it is apartments with small kitchens, very roomy bedrooms and a two bathrooms at a very reasonable price. We did not wish to drive into the city center, so chose this location, as it was accessible by U-Bahn. Parking was on the street outside, which made us a bit nervous, but there was no problem, and it was free.

The hotel is located a distance from the downtown not near any eating establishments. Although it was very clean, well equipped and large there was no air conditioning other than 2 small fans. The refrigerator was small and not very cold, and some other minor problems. I'm sure if it wasn't the hottest part of the summer, this would have been a pleasant place to stay.

this is the place to stay if you want the comfort of home and self catering but dont want to pay city centre hotel prices. City centre easily accesible by underground and takes only 15 minutes

Wir haben nichts von der Anlage gesehen außer unser Zimmer. Das war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Der Empfang war sehr freundlichen und zuvorzukommen.

Opholdet på dette lejlighedshotel var uden de store udsving, hverken op eller ned. Lejligheden jeg fik var overraskende stor med Stue, Soveværelse, Køkken og Badeværelse. Udmærket sted, hvis man skal bruge et sted og sove, og ellers er på egen hånd med resten. Gratis og ok Wifi

Останавливались на 1 ночь с детьми. Хорошая кухонная зона, что важно, когда детям надо готовить отдельно. Собственной парковки нет, но рядом с отелем без проблем оставить на ночь машину. Напротив входа есть магазин, что для Вены немаловажно, он работал, когда большинство магазинов в округе уже было закрыто. И самое главное - дружелюбный персонал!!!! Забыли дорогие очки в номере, по нашей просьбе их нашли и отправили в РФ почтой. Даже сами купили для них футляр, чтобы не разбились))) Молодцы!

Жили в отеле 2 дня. Приходили, фактически, только спать. Парковка и общественный транспорт рядом. Завтрак не дорогой, хоть и скудный. Есть полноценная кухня в номере.

Great apartment for family
We stayed there only one night for music live event. Apartment situated 5-7 minutes walking distance to U-bahn station on Zippererstrasse. Around you can find many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Apartment is enough big with a two toilets and two bathrooms. Two LCD TV and free WiFi. Small kitchen but with everything needed. All is in good condition. Very nice staff on reception. Thanks :)

Edificio vecchiotto, ma ben tenuto. Non in centro ma ben servito dal tram 71 a circa 200 metri e la fermata zippererstrasse della metro U3 a circa 500 m. Sempre a 500 metri circa nell'altra direzione si trova la fermata St. Marx della linea S7 che porta direttamente all'aeroporto. Appartamento n 7enorme, pulito, silenzioso ma con cucina poco attrezzata. Mobili ikea un po' vecchi, letti comodi. Alla reception giovani studenti molto gentili. Piccolo distributore al piano interrato. Numerosi supermarket nelle vicinanze

Totalmente recomendable.
Totalmente recomendable. Apartamento ideal para 2 personas, pero con 4 se puede. Parada de metro a 10 minutos a pie.Zona muy tranquila donde puedes aparcar el coche.

Preis-Leistung okay
Perfekt für unsere Übernachtung (2 Erwachsene m. 2 Kindern - 4 und 8 J.)! Super geräumiges Appartment, ruhig in den Innenhof gelegen. Kids schliefen im Schlafzimmer, wir auf der durchaus bequemen Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer, dadurch konnten wir abends noch fernsehen und Karten spielen, als die Kids schon schliefen. Küche gab's auch eine kleine. Extra Zustellbett hätten wir auch noch bekommen, war aber nicht notwendig für uns. Da wir insgesamt nur knapp € 100,- zahlten, konnten wir auch über das kleine, leicht muffelige Bad und 2 kleine Schimmelstellen im Silikon der Duschkabine hinwegsehen. Da gibts sicher schlimmeres in Wiener 3-Stern- Häusern ;) Frühstück um € 7,- pro Erwachsenem (Kids gratis) war sehr sehr lecker, Buffet mit wirklich allem was das Herz begehrt, frischer Obstsalat, Müsli, Weckerl, Semmeln, Schinken, Wurst, Käse, selbst gemachte Aufstriche, Marmelade etc. ... sogar einen leckeren Apfel-Streusel-Kuchen! Zur U 3 zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten, ohne Kids vielleicht 7 ;) zwar noch eine Station weiter draußen als P&R Erdberg, aber dafür auch gleich in der Nähe der Autobahn Richtung Stmk. Fazit: jederzeit wieder für Wochenend-Trips nach Wien, empfehlenswert für alle, die in einem 3-Sterne-Haus keinen 4-Sterne-Standard erwarten bzw. die über kleine Mängel hinwegsehen können und kein Problem damit haben, nicht ganz im Zentrum zu sein.

Chambres appartements spacieux, quartier tranquille. Coin Cuisine bien installé. 3 stations de Metro pour être dans le centre culturel. PARFAIT pour un séjour de travail ou de détente. Seul bémol, oubli de signaler que la durée du séjour n'était pas possible. (Oubli de l'hôtel ou du site de réservation). Cruel incertitude à l'arrivée. mais se sont mis en quatre pour trouver une chambre dans un autre hôtel pour la suite du séjour. Sympa.

Tolle Wohnung zu günstigem Preis!
Wir buchten ein 3 Bett Zimmer für 1Nacht für eine Geschäftsreise und waren sehr positiv überrascht eine ganze Wohnung mit 2WC, 2 Duschen, 2 Schlafzimmern und Küche bekommen zu haben! Für den Preis einmalig!

Gut zum Schlafen - mehr nicht
Das Schönste am Hotel ist das Treppenhaus im Jugendstil. Das Appartement selbst ist spärlich eingerichtet - zweckmäßig. Wer einen Hauch von "Luxus" sucht, wird enttäuscht. Es handelt sich wohl um eine ehemalige Wohnung, die mit den nötigsten Möbeln ausgestattet wurde. Miniküchenzeile die ein Eckchen des Küchenraumes füllte mit 2 Stühlen und Tisch, Sofa mit Blick zum Mini-TV Couchtisch sowie 1 runder Tisch mit 2 Stühlen sowie 2 Schränkchen - lieblos zusammengestellt. Bad und WC sind äußerst gewöhnungsbedürftig - wohl aus der Nachkriegszeit mit kaum Änderungen: 2 kleinste Räume (geschätzt: WC ca. 2,5 m², Bad ca. 3 m²), Dusche über einen ca. 50cm hohen Einstieg besteigbar und nur dann, wenn sonst niemand vor dem Plastik-Spiegelschränkchen aus den 80er Jahren über dem Waschbecken ohne Mischbaterie steht. In beiden Sanitärräumen sind noch hellgelbe Fließen, die sicher vor vielen Jahrzehnten modern waren. In der gesamten Wohnung ließen sich viele Heizkörper nicht regulieren - Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war mit Lärm (Schreien, Hinterhofgesprächen, ab 6.00 Uhr früh Müllabfuhr...) verbunden. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren aber supernett. Das Frühstück für 7,- € war prima. Der 5-minütige Fußmarsch zur U-Bahn in Ordnung. Parken war an der Straße gut möglich. Unser Fazit: Für ein paar Euro mehr kann man weitaus besser ausgestattete Appartements bekommen.

Preis Leistung stimmt hier einfach. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Apartments sind sehr groß und haben eine komplette ausgestattete Küche. Das Inventar ist teilweise schon älter aber alles ist sauber und nichts ist kaputt. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar mit der U-Bahn, es liegt sehr nah an der Autobahn und am Industrieviertel Sankt Marx. Im Hotel merkt man davon aber nichts, es ist sehr ruhig.

It is rather good choice for them who are looking for budget price hotel from Vienna. Around the hotel there is free parking space available if you are lucky. An other of reseptionists spoke rather good English but other one not a even one word. Metro stop is quite near. Breakfast was ok but you need to book it separatelly. I would say that it is not hotel but good hostel though.
