High quality hotel in the area. Food etc wad affordable. There was only one english channel ( and about 90 chinese channels!) On the tv

Far away comfort.
Hotel is very nice. Only problem is location, is actually very far away from the city center. It would be better to see this on the advertisement, because it is really far away from anything. If you do not mind, traveling the distance, this is the hotel for you, because the place is tidy and foreigner friendly. They may help you to catch a taxi anyway.

整體ok，但仍有許多改善空間
網站標示室內游泳池但夏季才有開放且為室外，桌球室和牌室也必須另外付費。到了娛樂室當層燈光顯暗。建議房間可多些白光。

酒店非常舒適，早餐選擇多樣性，入住過程也非常愉快，酒店人員相當有禮貌，位置也非常方便，旁邊有個九方購物城，逛街吃飯也很方便

親切貼心的體驗
下雨天有雨傘可以免費借用、全天候提供餐點，服務貼心親切，再晚還是供應餐點，重點是價格還不貴，客房提供多樣免費水果是意外的驚喜。比較可惜健身房的器材較老舊，對我有健身房運動習慣的人來說是比較可惜。但下次到昆山還是會考慮這家酒店.

舒適的飯店
我去那裏住了五個晚上，原本小孩早餐要付錢，後來櫃檯給優代小孩早餐免費。 不錯的飯店，很大，也很乾淨。櫃台人員很親切，每天打掃也很乾淨。早餐吃得也不錯，整體來說，未來還會註那裏，因為不會塞車。為一美中不足的昰，內地啥都大，雖然旁邊有吃的，離市區有兩公里（在內地算隔條街吧），不是在鬧區 但是因為如此，普遍也不會塞車，推 以後還會再來。

上海からの送迎サービスをたのみました。２時間ほどかかる距離ですが、 きちんと予約を受け付けてもらえて、しっかりしていました。 初めての場所だったので移動に不安があったのですが、 ホテルで手配できて、空港ゲートまでお迎えがあったので、安心して利用することが できました。　部屋も豪華で清潔感があり、よかったです。

很棒的飯店
清潔度/服務品質/飯店設施/早餐等, 整體上都很好, 不論是商務出差或一般住宿都是不錯的選擇, 前檯的服務很好, 在登記住宿時, 發現沒有我預訂的訊息, 前檯服務員很快的協助與預訂飯店的網站平台聯絡, 並辦理入住手續, 雖然最後不知是哪個環節出狀況, 但服務員的表現是值得讚賞的, 不過在門前及客房清潔方面卻有待改進, 因使用過的睡衣都是原先我擺的樣式, 另外, 住宿期間因腳有些不舒服, 上下車有點不方便, 當車抵達飯店時, 服務員並未過來協助, 感覺服務有點不到位.

フロントの対応(英語)、部屋の充実（簡単な英語しかわからない自分でもすべて必要なところに必要な説明がありわかりやすかった）朝食もおいしく、今まで泊まった昆山のホテルでは一番よく感じました

nice hotel to stay
One thing that I disappointed is people were smoking on the non-smoking floor with doors open. But nothing to complain about hotel itself. The room was big and clean, staff was nice. I will stay here again if I have a chance.

我訂的是雙人房結果只附一份早餐，應該要附兩份早餐才是，網站也應該標明清楚，否則讓住客很傻眼，因為我不是訂單人房
