Poor maintenance
The bed sheets, towel etc were old and needs to be changed. Room needs fixing in terms of locks, latches as they are worn out. Breakfast quality was average.

Comfortable business hotel
The service is great. Rooms are very clean and staff is very freindly and professional. The location is very convenient and the food in the restaurant is great. Best hotel to stay in and you could almost term home away from home. Worth every penny you spend.

Worst Hotel possible
DO NOT STAY HERE. the rooms and service are horrible. I did not even have water in my room and was served only after complaining for about 30 minutes. I was supposed to have a minibar in my room but it was nowhere to be found. Further my voucher stated that there was free wifi in the room but there was no such service available. the room was shabby with broken windows. the manager claimed that the websites update such services without checking with the hotel. all in all i wont recommend it even to an enemy

Power would go off for no reason. Staff would just barge in the room really really late at night to "fix the power".

My Family's Worst Nightmare
BE WARNED! DONT EVEN GO ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THIS HOTEL. Forget the price, it's not worth going to a hotel room which is shabby inside and outside. The room is worse than a motel or a lodge. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was stinky and while we were about to run out even before putting our bags down, we saw a cockroach running along the bed post making us cancel as fast as we could. It was a nightmare transporting my familyn(an infant and a toddler) to another hotel from there and also terrible that we didnt get any refund for this cancellation. Dont go by the pictures they put up on their website, it must have been taken out several years ago when they newly constructed the place. And if you think you can handle it, believe me you just as I'm an Indian who's been living in the U.S. for a few years and still couldnt get to adapt myself to this mess. Lesson learnt! dont try to be frugal based on pictures of a hotel on a website which offers a great price. There is a reason why the price is so low.

Except location, nothing good about this Belsons
Reception staff unresponsive, impolite and not courteous. Deluxe room was booked but what was given was ordinary room. Prices exorbitant and not keeping with the quality. TV not working and no action taken even after complaining. No themostat control of AC in the room. Either it is too cold or too hot. Wi-Fi not working at all. Overall unsatisfactory

Toilet dis-satisfied us.
We booked this hotel through Hotel.Com site for Delux Room. After reaching Hotel when w came to know that there is no Bath-Tub in our room. After request we got Room which is having Bath-tub as demanded my little daughter. But after taking bath in Bath-tub we could not able to drain-out the water. As soon we remove the Plug from the Bath-tub Drain, immediately entire water coming out from another drain and FLOODED the total Bath-room. Hotel maintenance Staff must take care all this kind of problems. My duty I inform Reception while vacating the room. But I will rather choice this hotel because it is quite old and poor in maintenance... Service do not know as we did not have anything except next day complementary BF which is OK as it was totally pure veg and we are NV.
