Definitely staying again
Great location and excellent service. Our hostess was great and makes an excellent old fashioned. Comfortable clean room. The pastries and fresh fruit in the morning are delicious.

We really liked the option to park in back, where some B&B's in the area do not have this and you are limited to street only. Staff was very nice!

Beautiful old house , breakfast is amazing! Ruby makes homemade muffins and other pastries that are out of this world ! We definitely would stay here again, and would recommend it to others! The location is also fabulous. You can walk to just about everywhere in the historic district. Lacon , the concierge was so sweet and helpful !!

Had a great time at the Ballastone. It is so convenient to downtown shops and dining. You can catch the trolley right there, and the staff was so friendly. My wife and I very much enjoyed the experience.

Outstanding staff!
Room was very comfortable, clean with a very at home feeling. Manager and the entire staff was outstanding. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late however they were very accommodating and took all the stress away. Highly reommended.

Great central location, wonderful accommodations. Catherine was especially helpful and friendly! Nice wine and cheese happy hour on Friday. Fresh pastries, muffins and fruit in the morning!

Great place to stay. Customer service was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Perfect location to walk to so many areas in Historic Savannah. Will definitely be visiting again.

I was traveling alone and had never been to Savannah before. Catherine and Christine were wonderful hosts and full of great information about historical Savannah. Jackie one of the house maids was wonderful to me as well i enjoyed my conversation with her and admired her 26 year loyalty to The Ballastone. thank you all for a wonderful stay! Worn but comfortable
Very nice stay. Oglethorpe is a busy street, but room was quiet. Ballastone is a little worn, but still nice. Great breakfast!

Beautiful Ballastone
The Ballastone is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The kindness and friendliness of the staff was second to none. Katherine in particularly could not have done more for us. Her expertise and knowledge of the area far outweighs any guide book. The rooms of the hotel are exquisitely furnished and are in keeping with the style of a building of the era.

The Inn is incredibly adorable and located in an awesome part of town walking distance to many attractions and some of the best restaurants in Savannah! I am a local and unfortunately my AC went out and I came to stay here to get away from the oppressive Savannah heat. Check in was wonderful and I was upgraded to one of their premium rooms which was so thoughtful of them after hearing about my no good day. The room itself was decorated beautifully had a fan and AC. Bed was incredibly comfy. Thank you for turning my bad day into an experience I will never forget! Will recommend this place to everyone that come to Savannah to visit!
