I liked the clean hotel room and large breakfast selection. The only slightly negative comment I would make about the hotel was the power of the shower was poor. We were on the 4th Floor of the hotel.

Small friendly hotel close to promenade

We stayed here 3 nights to attend a business trade fair in the local area. As expected all the hotels in the area were fully booked and the hotel rates inflated. The hotel was not worth the high rate that we paid. The room was very small and the bed was a little lumpy. The bathroom was very badly designed and small. I would say this is a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was very good, a huge selection including vegan and gluten free cakes/biscuits/milk/yoghurt. To our surprise, during the evenings there was a complimentary happy hour for the guests, this was a nice touch. The staff at this hotel are all very friendly and helpful especially the waitstaff. The bus stop is a short walk down to the promenade where you will find lots of shops, restaurants and local supermarket. The train station is a 15-20 minute walk away.

Nice hotel!

The hotel was nice, we did not like the city but it is not the hotel's fault. The front desk lady was extremely nice and sweet.

Beach stay

Good location, private gated parking lot a few blocks away. Walk to the beach and even to the town center. Wifi worked okay. A bit of noise at night. The best thing about this place was the breakfast. Everything fresh, home made yogurt, local honey bee comb, an abundance of different cakes to choose from, even some gluten free options really one of the best breakfasts.

Clean, friendly and convenient

Extremely well run and friendly hotel. The staff were very helpful. The only criticism would be the standard of beds, found the bed to be slightly uncomfortable. But would stay again if in the area.

Good and very comfortable

Good and very comfortable. Overall was nice. Bike are free to rent and hotel food are nice too. Improvement: - Have some english tag on the breakfast buffet food so that I will know what I'm eating due to not familiar with Italian cuisine. But the food was tasty although I'm not sure what I am eating - Have numbering on the hotel food ordering menu so it will be easier to order from room. As I can not speak Italian and reception do not know what are the food in english name.

Nice hotel and fantastic location.

Friendly and accomdating staff. Hotel is in a wonderful location. They also offer bikes which is a great way to visit Rimini they also have recommended some great restaurants for diner. Their breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was fabulous. Memorable trip.

You get what you pay for

Stayed here for one night with welcoming reception staff who helped us with restaurant recommendations and wished us a great stay. Parking was offsite, rather secured but not undercover. Room was average to disappointing - it felt like hitting a wall of moisture once passing the door step. We didn't want open the window as the room was facing a busy main street and when phoning the receptionist we were advised "that it is not the time/season for Rimini for air conditioning". Next disappointment was the bed - worn and you could feel the springs. The only upside to this hotel was the breakfast buffet in the morning and the waitress who was constantly attentive to everyone's needs. Just lovely to see people being so passionate about their job. We were checked out by the same receptionist as the day before however when mentioning that the bed was very uncomfortable the only answer was: "We do have different beds" - No sorry, no nothing. We probably could have changed rooms, but it wasn't worth the effort and time.

Albergo ben tenuto, pulitissimo, anche se non recentissimo. Colazione indimenticabile e personale gentilissimo. Parcheggio gratuito, poco lontano dalla struttura, ma quando si arriva non c'è molto posto per fermarsi ed entrare a chiedere info.

Después de completar la encuesta que nos enviaron mientras estábamos en el hotel... Llegamos al check out y nos cobran un impuesto al turista...De 3 euros CDA uno.. No es por el dinero sino por que no lo ci en ningún sitio... falta información....

Ótimo custo-benefício

Bem localizado, a três quadras da praia e uns 10 minutos de caminhada até o centro histórico. Funcionários muito cordiais, especialmente uma das senhoras no café da manhã, que por sinal é variadíssimo. Quarto é pequeno assim como o box e se for para a Visle Tripoli é um pouco barulhento.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Die Zimmer waren sehr hygienisch, gut ausgestattet & hatten eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider sehr unfreundlich, wo man von einem 4 Stern Hotel mehr erwarten dürfte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch nicht gerade überwältigend gut gewesen.
