Didn’t like the accommodation at all asked to cancel manager agreed then reneged on agreement don’t book at this place it is completely badly run and unaccommodating.

BAD EXPERIENCE IN CONNECT GUESTHOUSE

The room not comfort. The most important is the room totally different with what was they publish. Totally bad experience, first day i check in i already manage to checkout and fine another hotel. BAD!

Good location but rooms a bit dated

Pros: Receptionist was very nice and helpful. The location is very good if you’re interested in the drag shows or gay nightlife. There’s literally a show performed on the street in front of the hotel. The beach, bangla street, and the large shopping mall are all about a 5 min walk away. Cons: Unfortunately this hotel has aged quite a bit since the photos and doesn’t look very inviting. The building and room seemed a little run down and are due for some refurbishment. My room even had a small hole in the drywall. There is no separation of toilet and shower, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet. You can hear the music from the bars below.

Expedia Address and phone number Hotel were not correct at all a km away , took hours to locate the hotel, even google search for hotel phone number was out of date, wifi 2/10, toilets smell really awful, not suitable for families with children or straight people. Definitely will not back again

Expedia Address, phone number for the hotel were out of date, took me hours to find it, Not suitable for families with children/ straight adults, bathroom really Smell awful, and hotel is really old and tiny stairs to walk upstairs

Nice and comfy

Didn’t stay overnight as I had to catch the late flight. The room is basic with fan and aircon. Bed is comfy and bathroom is clean. It is close to the famous Bangla Road and the beach. It is also in the middle of the cabaret shows so it could be a bit too much for some. Overal, it is good value.

I stayed here for two weeks, was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The manager an staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Awesome Location

It was just adequate for us. Clean and comfy. A lil bit hike up to the room, but was fine for us (4 youngsters). Location is perfect as t's just 5 minutes work to Bangla road and 10mins to Patong Beach. (where the fun are)

Good hotel for the gay scene

Well established hotel on main gay street, very helpful and friendly receptionist. Some rooms could do with updating though, especally the electrical sockets and door locks

I got suprise

I stayed for 4 days with my family (2 boys) and I did not know that hotel is catered for gays and I got 2 boys which made us very uncomfortable. Every night got loud music played until 2-3 am in the morning. The staffs were nice especially the cleaning lady. Internet is okay as well. The location is close to Patong beach. For family, I suggest to find other place than this.

Not so much fun...

David, was a bit cranky and the food service was from another venue. The back stairway area was very musty smelling and lighting was poor, motion sensors for 15 seconds made the stairs very cautious traveling...Not a rebooking for this place...

åligt hotell

Mycket dåligt . Det var omöjligt att sova på natten, de hade nattklubb snett under hotellet och mittemot hotellet, så det fans ingen möjlighet att sova på natten förrän efter 5 på morgonen. Sen var dusch och kranvattnet avstängt mellan 9 på kvällen och 9 på morgonen

personnel sympathique et serviable en particulier l'assistant manager. Je n'étais pas satisfait de ma première chambre qui manquait de rangement, il a fait l'impossible pour me satisfaire et j'ai pu avoir une chambre qui correspondait à mes attentes. Le seul point négatif du fait d'un hôtel qui date un peu et que je n'ai pas eu de wifi dans ma chambre pendant tout mon séjour (4 semaines) malgré les efforts quotidiens de l'assistant manager pour faire le nécessaire. Pour le reste je reste satisfait.

Musica ad alto volume sotto l'hotel fino alle 4 del mattino,per dormire devi prendere i sonniferi, lavandino mezzo rotto, il rubinetto arriva appena al bordo, non puoi neanche lavarti le mani, doccia appesa con tassello rotto, asciugamani tutti sfilacciati, avranno 10 anni, pulizia 4+ le luci nei corridoi che si spengono dopo 3 secondi, praticamente non fai in tempo ad aprire la porta della stanza,l'unica cosa buona e che si trova vicino alla strada del passeggio.

Skittent og slitent hotell.

Vi bodde på connect guesthouse kun en natt og det var nok. Rommet vi fikk lå i en bakgate fra resepsjonensområde. En trang og bratt trapp opp til 4 etg. Skittent og slitent hotell/gjestehus. Rommet var skittent og sengene var fryktelige. Anbefales ikke til noen. Kommer definitivt ikke tilbake her.

Thank you for re review. Check Detail and read before you book. We don't have elevator so Stair is the way to go up. Room before you check in was clean but after you check out was unacceptable . One night is enough to host this guest.

Sijainti loistava. Siitä tähti. Henkilökunta laiskaa. Olin maksanut superior -huoneen (parveke!!!) 4 yötä ja sain standardin (ei parveketta!). Asiasta huomautettuani valiteltiin vain, että hotelli täynnä. Kaksi viimeistä yötä sain huoneen josta olin maksanut. Ei hyvitystä. Toisaalta tämän hintatason hotellilta ei voi paljoa vaatiakaan. Huoneet perussiistejä, mutta parhaat päivät ovat takana. Jos keskeinen sijainti on tärkeä, edullinen hinta ja olet gay, on tämä nappivalinta!

Une nuit à 4

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 , pour une nuit. Juste à côté de Bengla road, donc pour faire la fête , parfait ! Seul problème, nous pensions que la chambre était un peu plus grande vu les photos. Mais c’était propre et les lits confortables.

Bra ställe nära utelivet och marknader osv. Dock oförskämd personal... När vi frågade om toalettpapper fick vi svaret att vi skulle leta själva på våning 2. När vi berättade att vi inte hittade gav dom oss några näsdukar. Dessutom fönster som var trasigt.

HORRIBLE EXPÉRIENCE

Hôtel à ne pas recommander. La chambre et les draps étaient très sale!! La salle de bain aussi !!! Le pire aussi c'est qu'elle était plein de moustiques. Dans la rue où se trouve l'hôtel il y a plein de bar qui ferment à 5h du matin donc impossible de dormir. Anyway, nous étions déçu et nous remettrons plus jamais les pieds là-bas
