Each home is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool (pool heat is only available for a surcharge, and subject to availability). Condos and townhomes have access to community areas including a pool and other amenities.The recreational activities listed below are available either in or near some of the communities where the homes and condos are located; fees may apply in some cases.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
