I like that it is so close to the Osceola Park. We stay here every year when we attend the Mecum auction. The staff are polite and always available to assist in any way!

We highly recommend! We stayed overnight to attend the Mecum Collector Car Auction. Your hotel was a 10-minute walk. Your staff were friendly welcoming & professional. Large very clean rooms. We highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect for sleep and relaxing . The people at the front desk were friendly and super clean. We will definitely stay here again , very beatiful.

Hotel was really bad. I don’t normally post reviews but if I can save someone the trouble it’s worth it. Went to check in lady doesn’t speak English not really a problem but very limited communication. Gave me a key to a room 251. Left went to room key did not work walked back to front desk had another key made. Went to room and wow. Roaches crawling across the bed. One pillow and no blanket. Damage to every part of the room spiders. I will post pictures if possible. Manager agreed to refund me but through Expedia they have to call the hotel to verify canceling. Told me they would cancel but when Expedia called told them no. 3 times. This place is really bad. Save yourself the trouble going to fight with credit card company. Quality inn cost more but is worth the extra.

Terrible , scary experience
We needed a room because we were partying all weekend long and live an hour away. We checked into the hotel and within 2 hours got a phone call saying that the management had let somebody else into our room and if we would be okay with switching rooms, we were not ok with that. They let ppl into our room while we were not there and our bags were. The room itself smelled like corn and feet, the sheets had stains on them and the toilet had a black hair. I would not take my shoes off while I was there and at 3:00 a.m. we were awoken by a screaming man pounding on the next door having an arguments that sounded drug fueled. I was scared. The only reason we rented that room was because it was so close to Secrets hideaway resort which is amazing and we needed a place to crash, it was a bad decision I will never rent there again.

my experience here was awful. I asked the owner or whatever he wants for an extra town due to swimming and he gave me attitude and advised me that there was two towels in our room keep in mind that those two towels would be for our shower after the pool. meanwhile our three-year-old needs a towel to swim and bathe. although it was cheap the hotel was very dirty the water smelled gross service was unprofessional. I will never stay here again. this hotel/motel needs to be shut down. The only perk is the pool was nice. 1/10

First room was smelly , second room was ok but definitely needs updated and both rooms didn’t have any blankets on the bed. The tv was just sitting on the dresser without a stand. Could have fallen over very easily. Don’t think I’ll ever stay there again.

We got to the hotel just to find out nobody would be there to check is in it was horrible. There's a note on the door to call the phone I called the phone over 30 times with no answer. I had my two year old baby with me and my wife and ended up sleeping in the car because all the other hotels were booked

Would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!
Went to check in, had to call a cel.pHone.. IT was not available for calls. Waited in an empty lobby about 20 minites to check in. Guy finally answered and sent someone to check me in. Guy was drunk and confused. ZERO ON SITE MANAGEMENT AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! Got to the room. It Was semi recently renovated BUT REEKED OF CIGATETTE SMOKE!!!! I left after one night.!!! Was REFUSED A REFUND and had paid for two nights in cash....my mistake! No hot water --luke warm at best Flithy floors! Dirty sheets with no other cover/blanket. DRUG DEALERS PERMANENTLY LIVING IN THE BACK SIDE OF THE HOTEL!

Don’t do it.
Not hot water. Dirty towels and sheets. Bathroom falling apart. Roaches. Says no refunds. Staff doesn’t help anyone or staff front counter,no microwave in the rooms and when requesting one don’t think you’ll ever receive one.

One of the worst experiences for me and my staff of 10. Our team actually checked in left premises after reviewing our rooms.Addicts in the hallways and moldy rooms. To name a few issues the floors were coming up, the beds only had a top quilt and the mattress incredibly stained. After discussing with manager and property owner no solution was provided to us. I Do Not Recommend this location at all. Stay away!!!!!!

As soon as we arrived they took my money with no identification or papers to sign just gave me room key and that was that. We stayed a good week there within that week we had days with no water and days where toilets couldn't flush, on top of that the air stop working the last night just to top it off they claimed to be booked up and rented out our room and threatened to call cops even thou we had already paid up till next day.Overall it was terrible experience and wouldn't recommend it to nobody.Sorry but truth is the truth I give it a big thumbs down.

Avoid at all costs, hotel is filthy and next to a swingers club. So you have all types of activities going on in the parking lot. I didnt actually stay but upon arrival for my check in, i saw the type of atmosphere the hotel was in and i did not feel comfortable. I immediately asked if its possible to cancel and get a refund, i was advised by the individual at the front desk to call the booking site(expedia) that i used and request the cancellation and refund and it should be no problem. Well i did just that, and since Saturday 3-27-2021 ive been trying to cancel and get my refund and the hotel “management” is giving a run around that i checked in and stayed when i never did. They have also blocked my number and i am no longer able to reach them and discuss the cnacellation and/or refund. Very shady establishment, never heard of an establishment blocking the phone number of a previous or potential guest.
