“Pure Class”

I went with my mum for 6 nights an we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although with so much to see and do in New York we were disappaointed to not have enough time to appreciate the hotels facilities - ie. spa, swimming pool and cocktail bar! The room was lovely with a very large Queen sized bed, although for a 5 star hotel we were expecting more space in the room. We had a blocked toilet on 2 occasions and this was always fixed promptly. Great location - Soho is a far better area to stay in compared to Times Square and nearby areas. Soho is not so 'in your face' and simply has an air of class around the place. Lovely restaurants and shops only a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, all of which are far less manic than those uptown. There is also a Metro station at the end of the street for easy access to updown and downtown locations. Amazing trip and would definitely go back to the Trump Soho!!

A great hotel in a good location, but what really makes it stand out in my opinion, is the quality of the service delivered by the friendly and efficient members of staff.

“Trip of a Lifetime”

I really cannot speak highly enough of this Hotel, particularly the staff and the service they provide. I had made contact, prior to arrival, indicating that this was a very special trip for my partner and I. At check in we were informed that we had received a room upgrade but little prepared us for the surprise awaiting us. We were upgraded to a Corner Suite with the most spectacular views of downtown Manhattan on one side and the Hudson river on the other. There were fresh flowers and a bucket of iced champagne in the room along with a welcome note. We were literally left speechless. It's the attitude of staff and the fact that they are prepared to go the extra mile that sets this hotel apart from any other that I've stayed at. We had a couple of meals in Quattro. The food was superb and again, the staff were so friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The only VERY teeny tiny quibble was, as other reviewers have mentioned, the lack of a door leading into the bathroom. Whilst this was not a problem for us personally, I can see that it could well be an issue for families with children due to the lack of privacy. As I say, this was a very minor point for us and in no way detracted from what was a truly amazing stay in my favourite City. Planning the return trip as we speak. Enjoy every minute of your time at TrumpSoho... we did!

“Fabulous views. Chic area. Lovely pool”

Although the Trump Hotel Soho was not in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, we preferred this as not too noisy and only a few subway stops from everywhere. Was nervous about using subway but it was clean, air con in carriages, cheap and quick. Everyone so friendly! Puts London Underground to shame! Plus fabulous chic unusual shops on our doorstep and lovely outdoor pool and indoor gym. Rooms were fabulous although we wrestled with the air con for 2 nights and were given a great upgrade for the last 2 nights. Amazing views of Manhattan and Hudson River in higher apartments. Concierge impressively knowledgeable and all directions were spot on. It was a trip of a lifetime and I would definitely return to this hotel.

“A fantastic honeymoon destination and can't wait to go back.”

The hotel was superb all round. We recieved a warm welcome by the doorman followed by great service on reception. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a fantastic corner room on the 29th floor which had great views. The room size was over whelming with 2 large tv's, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge. Plus one in the bathroom if that takes your fancy! :) Not to mention the bed, this was the comfiest bed we had ever slept on. Nice little extras like the Nespresso machine, plus complimentary chocolates on occasion. Overall we could not have asked for anything better than this. It lived up to its expectations. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location of Soho was fantastic and was away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, Time square etc so was a welcome chill out when we returned. Can't wait to go back next year and would recommend to anyone.

“Excellent, Excellent, Excellent”

Couldn't fault anything, impeccably clean and well appointed. Staff coped admirably during hurricane Irene, despite some guests unreasonable demands. Big thanks to Peggy, Antoine, Sean and Andrew who all took service to a whole new level.

“Fantastic Hotel!”

We loved our stay at the Trump SoHo. Every member of staff could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. Our children were especially well attended to during the stay. Amazing location we loved everything about the hotel!!!

“Excellent hotel to stay at in NY at a great price”

We stayed at the Trump Soho during our short visit in NY. We would recommend it highly to anybody coming to NY as the price was very reasonable for the 5-star treatment and rooms. Very conveniently located in Soho as well.
