Hotel transfer from jkf is included. Shuttle bus runs every hour. Hotel was ok stopover.

“Expected Standard for a HI Express”

Good service at the front desk at checkin and also when I had to extend my stay. The communal areas of the hotel itself are starting to look a bit tired but the rooms are up to the normal HI Express standard. As with other Expresses there is no restaurant, just somewhere for breakfast - if you want food you will have to go out or order in a takeout. The hotel can provide a selection of takeout menus. If you don't have a car I don't suggest walking - there arent any food establishments close by and I didnt like the look of the neighborhood As said in the title its what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express - clean but basic and you really need a car. It was chosen as a place to stay close to JFK, but would probably choose somewhere with a restaurant next time now I know

“Great stay right near JFK”

We needed a hotel to crash in after arriving at JFK late in the evening. There is a courtesy bus straight to Holiday Inn Express - but take care not to get on the one for The Holiday Inn which is a totally different hotel! The room was fine and a great price and the breakfast in the morning was amazing, especially since it was included in the room price. We only stayed one night.

No frills. Typical "express" hotel, but good for an overnight stay. Very close to airport. Shuttle every hour. Good staff.

the hotel is very basic but for the price we paid we received a good service. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, a good breakfast, and 15 mins from JFK. There is only a shuttle service per hour which could be a pain but a taxi ride is around 20-25 dollars. Recommended for overnight satying at arrival or departure from JFK.

The hotel was good , we just stayed there for one night , so was enough , we had to wake uo very early and they gave us a break fast bag to go, that was very good for us at that time.

Great room, clean and comfortable. Lovely, helpful staff. Easy access to JFK airport, and "Subway" (tube), that takes you directly to Manhattan.

Hotel was as expected of Holiday Inn, all staff very friendly and helpful and transportation to and from airport was promt and quick.

“Good basic motel with free shuttle to/fom JFK”

Good JFK hotel. Small room but very comfy beds and power shower. Excellent breakfast with hot items and good range. Air con didn't seem to be fully functioning.
