“Enjoyable”

We have just returned from a week's stay with our 2 teenage kids. The hotel was friendly and clean and a good base for us. We were charged 50 euros for a week's parking; maybe the hotel policy has changed? Anyway, on the whole I would recommend it. Local patisserie sold delicious croissants and the pizza restaurant in the nearby square was good value and cheery. We loved the views from Eze Gardens and from surrounding villages. Spent a lovely day on beach in Nice with lunch at Lido Plage. Would do it all again!

“Exceptional Location”

Eza Vista is, in my opinion, undersold by its Expedia write up. The location is stunning and the value for money is exceptional. It is ideally located to the beautiful village of Eze and a stones throw away from Nice and Monaco.

“Great base”

Smart, clean hotel right next to the bakers and a small supermarket for everything you need. Great choice of restaurants in the village.

“Can't wait to go back.”

Everything perfect except the bed, we stayed in a studio apartment with a bed settee which was not very comfortable.

“Wonderful place”

Cozy and comformts. However, it is kinda isolated from the high street, thus you'd better bring your car for transportation.

“Excellent Setting”

Setting is perfect for Eze (100 yard walk)and Monaco/Nice by either public transport or car. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. Was reasonably quiet too. Staff were friendly. Parking was extra cost (we forgot) but plentiful. Not much for families to do in the evening. Heating/cooling was supposed to be controllable from the room, but didn't seem to be. Small niggles in the context of a very good, functional, well placed and well run hotel

“perfect for relaxation and visiting monaco”

this hotel is located about 7km out of monaco, only about 15-20 away mins in bus no 112. a day pass will get you all the way from nice airport to the hotel. catch a 98 from the airport then change to 82 or 112 to eze village at nice central bus station. bus no 83 will take you to the bottom of the village at the coast in just about 15 mins. perfect spot for all round holiday - relaxation of sea and peace of village life combined with the glamour of monaco. very new and clean hotel - swimming pool is nice and neat, the staff is also very helpful. nearby restaurants and bars cater for all. would highly recommend and would definitely like a return trip in the future.

“Good value in the right area.”

Better described as an apartment as we had the benefit of a kitchenette, lounge and two bedrooms.Bedrooms are not big but addequate. Nice bathroom and lounge with flat screen TV. Only two English channels, BBC World and CNN. I wouldn't rate this as a 4 star hotel but excellent value, very polite staff and spotlessly clean. The supermarket is literally yards away so convenient for some self catering so avoiding the high costs of restaurants in the area. Parking is charged as an extra at 10 euros per day (covered) which is quite steep. Little road parking which is pay and display. Overall a happy experience.

“Great VAlue for Money”

Extremely clean, spacious - this would have been a perfect place to stay in S of France - only problem is they should get proper beds as the sofabeds are not too comfy if you are staying more than 2 nights.

“Fantastic Views”

A lovely setting, with fab views over the Med and a stunning old village to explore. Good position to visit Monaco, Nice & more of the French & Italian coast.
