Nice hotel close to Monaco and NicePosted 04-Dec-2013
Great location! Easy to reach by car and close to Monaco, Menton and Nice. Free parking available on the site. The rooms (condo and studio) were clean and comfortable.

Off Season /No Frills /Great LocationPosted 26-Nov-2013
Pros: view was awesome
Cons: heat could have worked a little better, rooms could have a little nicer decor - but everything was clean and honestly that is all that matters
Location: French Riviera, Monaco/Monte-Carlo
Nice enough stay, but there was no staff to speak of, saw one person for all of a few moments. Someone did show up when we called asking for blankets. The place was clean, great location & price. Would like to

Friendly hotel in interesting villagePosted 26-Oct-2013
Pros: A studio apartment enabled us to prepare light meals. The view out the window was stunning. Only a short drive to places such as Monaco and Nice.
Cons: The wifi service
Location: The location was excellent but we were disappointed with the local restaurants which we visited. Several were closed.
Welcomed by friendly staff who helped with any enquiry we had. The only negative was the wifi on different floors was quite weak

Perfect location & Good Clean Hotel!Posted 21-Oct-2013
Pros: Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from the terrace was perfect. Bathrooms had hair dryers!! The real kind! AND make up mirrors.
Cons: Perhaps have someone at reception desk longer hours? You need a code to get into hotel so you must make sure to check in while someone is there.
Location: Go to Chateau Chevre D'or & sit over looking the med & Cap Ferrat. Walk around old town! It's beyond fabulous! You are also 15 mins from Monte Carlo!
We were in Eze for only one night and were so happy with our stay at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfect and clean. Request a room with a terrace closer to the old town of Eze for a better view of the med. We could walk but drove to the old town. Lots of restaurants and shops. It was perfect.

Great location Great ViewPosted 09-Sep-2013
Pros: Location is perfect
Location: Walk to old town Eze.
Well located in beautiful Eze away from the madness of Nice. Off street parking available and great pool. The rooms are large and modern but could do with a bit of maintenance. Staff are helpful and friendly. Walk to old Eze as well as the Fraganod Purfumery. The neighbours even have a resident donkey that eyores to the hysterical laughter of any one that hears it. Overall a good hotel in a great location.

Five star view, two star experiencePosted 05-Jul-2013 on Hotels.com
Great location in Eze village and as a spectacular view as you could hope for. But besides that this hotel falls flat in every way. Reception only open from 8-12 and 4-8 and door is locked all other hours. We arrived in the afternoon and the front door was locked and we could not get in. Wifi was spotty, room was definitely not close to a 4 star room, not even nearly a 3 star room. Overall, it is a good location in Eze and very beautiful but do not believe that you will be getting a 4 star experience.

Needs a new management teamPosted 12-Jun-2013
Pros: Village location
Location: 2 minute walk from ancient village of Eze with local shops and range of restaurants, situated midway between Nice and Monaco.
Great, if noisy, location if you have a car. Roomy apartment too, but "hotel" does not merit 4stars. We paid extra for a deluxe room only to find the balcony had not been cleaned for weeks with food debris and litter left on it by previous occupants, walkways outside of room clearly had never been washed for a very long time. The aircon controls didn't work, one electrical socket was hanging off the wall, one light was just a naked bulb with the cover missing - a complete sense of management and maintenance neglect.

Nice HotelPosted 10-Oct-2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel was fine. It was nice to have the kitchenette and the balcony overlooked the water. The small village Eza Vista is in is incredible. It is over a thousand years old and truly amazing to walk through. The only thing I didn't care for at the hotel was the foul odor in the hallway. Our room was clean though and did not smell.
