Property was very nice and clean. There just weren't many eating options available - of course, that's related to the town, not the hotel

Property is dated, worn and needs an update. The first room we checked into smelled of smoke but we were able to move to a different room. Wifi was not very good but staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff are incredible and so friendly and nice! I'd come back just because of them. It is an older building and could use some touch-ups, but the cleanliness was good. Will stay here again in the future!

There was an exhaust fan that ran all day and all night with a squealing sound that reminded me of a car alarm an an almost dead battery. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps were placed about 6' high in the shower. I'm average hight but it was awkward to pump the stuff into your other hand

Great stay, awesome people!
We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. The breakfast bar was one of the best I've had. The eggs were fresh, and they served kielbasa sausage instead of traditional, which was a nice change. They also have a pumpkin spice waffle mix, yum-o! Everyone in Milan was very sweet and made us feel welcomed. There are also lots of food and shopping options. 10's across the board!

For a small town hotel itps very nice. In walking distance to Walmart, different options of food, shopping, and other things you might choose.

Great stay with a few exceptions but comfortable.
We stayed here for a wedding in the area. We had a great stay. The only complaints were the sweaty smell in the bathroom and the lack of a refrigerator. We believe the shower curtains retain a smell and may have needed changing or washing. This is probably the first hotel that we've stayed at where there was no mini fridge at the least. Other than that, the staff was great, breakfast was good, coffee was really good, the room was comfortable and the linens and pillows were great too. We had a great stay.

Person in the next room had an alarm going off from 4 AM until a quarter after five which sounded like it was right next to our heads. Makes me wonder if it is an actual firewall because it seems paper thin.. we turned on the fan and the television to drowned it out ended up calling the front desk and was told there was not much they can do. Hand rail into swimming pool extremely loose wiggles around. Lots of bugs in the pool. Also quite a bit of noise from the highway outside. Wasnt the best experience.

Beware of the landscaper's
Hotel was clean staff was friendly. Beds were uncomfortable but you may like them. No microwave the fridge barley cooled anything. Pool area was clean and so was the gym..... My major complaint was I drove my firebird and the landscape crew blew grass and mulch all over my car! Informed the young lady working the desk we went to my car and i asked her to take a photo and send it to corp. No apologies (yet) or anything. Overall decent place for a night what happened with my car just ticked me off .

On the whole the motel was pleasant. The breakfast should have been better but the choice of food was sad. Potatoes looked great but were inedible. Bacon was paper-thin. The attendant was working hard, but what can you do with food that comes prepared and needs only reheating, but was not good to start with? The tornado alarm worked very well!

The room was clean and very accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was good too. The pool looked clean but did t use it as it was too cold out. We will be back in May and hope ro reserve the same room because of the easy access
