The studio apartment was huge beautiful high ceilings washer dryer combo in such a wonderful location right near Elizabeth Street I felt like a King the King Bed was a dream to sleep in.
I didn't like anything about the property. Old and depressing, furniture looking very cheap and worn out, dilapidated bathroom vanity unit, old taps, toilet unit, and shower. Price-wise expensive compared to it's standard.

Central melbourne, next to emporium & shopping places. Lots of restaurant around as well.
The room that we were given was extremely dirty. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was disgusting. Tiles in the bathroom were loose and would move when walked on. There was mould around the bath tub. The Venetian blinds were very dusty and these were just the main problems
Staying in a loft apartment on level 5. The airconditiong did not take in the loft area, which was the bedroom. So when it was 34 degrees the loft did not cool below 28 degrees for an uncomfortable sleep.
Asked reception on the Saturday, what time they opened on Sunday and was advised 8am. They in fact did not open until 9am and another customer confirmed he was told 8am as well. They do not advertise the opening times on the premises.
Due to my oversight I left my keys in the room and due to the inaccessibility as they did not open early enough on the Sunday morning, we missed our flight and had taken advantage of leaving the room cards in a locked box that was now inaccessible.
This was our second stay and will not be returning after this experience.
