Desert National Park :

Situated near Jaisalmer famous for Chinkara and Blackbuck . The other prominent fauna of the park are Desert Fox , Bengal Fox , Wolf and Desert Cat .

Bird Watching :

Getting familiar with bird species , their food habits , habitats , calls and bird identification techniques .

The wild range of bird life includes the sand grouse , partridge , bee - eaters , larks and shriskes . The Demoiselle crane also visits the park in winters , but the most remarkable occupant of the park is the Great Indian Bustard ; tall and heavy , it is the epitome of confidence and grace .
