The rooms are non-smoking, but the corridors are not smoke free. The water faucet and shower head are cheap types. Functions are not good. Other than that everything is good. Nice layout in Entrance lobby and Breakfast room.

Fnd a place closer to district 1
Smelled like smoke. No shower facilities uncomfortable bed no free water. Staff had hard time understanding me. The breakfast buffet was over priced. Taxi arrangements were horrible. Actually they take the longest busiest route possible to get anywhere the public transit is faster and cheaper. Took 1.25 hrs to go 5.7 kilometres and was 127,000 dong. The bus was 38 minutes and was 12,000 dong.

Decent but food terrible
Hotel is decent but the breakfast from the restaurant is awful. Food does not get restocked. Hardly any food. Noodles for breakfast hardly any noodled or meat. Otherwise decent for 3 star.

Nice hotel, very busy district
Hotel was ok, sited next door to very busy wholesale clothing market. Limited options to eat near by. Near hospital, sirens heard often from room. Breakfast satisfactory. Room service good. Spotless.

One Of The Worst Over Night Stays
Arrived at 11 PM, they can not find our reservation. Waited until 11:20 PM for them to call the booking lady to find us a room. The room they got us was very dirty with hair all over the place, it also smells very funky. We wanted to take a shower but the water did not work. Some one had to come up to fix the water but there was no hot water, we pretty much gave up and took a straight cold shower. The morning receptionist was a little nicer and call the cab for us.

Spacious studio, nice hotel, courteous staff
Good breakfast for a 3 star hotel. The studio is really spacious that could hold more than 3 guests. The website should allow at least 4 persons to accommodate family with children.the room is nice and clean. However, Water pressure for showers is weak and The shower has to be held by hand.

Shower head is very weak. Bath tub won't drain. Maintained guy had to came up to fix it. He told me there were lots of hair & dirt that caused water backup in the tub. After hearing that I don't consider come back to this hotel anymore.

Restaurant was told by reception to be opened at 9:26pm. Went up to restaurant and staff told us it's closed! Bed bugs made us a sleepless night!

For the past 3 times when I return back to Vietnam to visit family I chose this location because it is very close to my family's home nearby and it is near the Tan Binh market which you can walk across the street there. If you have the stomach to try the food in the building in the market, they have some great food for cheap prices (around 35k Dong = less than 2USD) for a most bowl of noodles/rice. The first 2 times I stayed here about 3 and 6 years ago they used to be called Bel Ami but now they unified all their hotels under one name TTC. Those other times I booked the same class of room which was Deluxe and they always had a safe in the room but this time around they want me to upgrade my room to get it which is dumb since on Hotels.com listed the in room safe was available for Deluxe. So either Hotels.com making the mistake or the hotel is misleading. I told them they are misleading for listing the in-room safe was available for Deluxe, one of the lady accommodated and brought one to me. I stayed total of 5 nights. Going to district 1 for eating, massages or just for browsing was a bit of a ride but the Uber cost is cheap anyway. I took UberX everywhere because it is convenient not having to talk to anyone to request a ride, the ride is approx $1.50 - $10 CAD depending how far. They have great breakfast so make sure you wake up for it, it's from 6am - 10am on the 3rd floor. The service are friendly and helpful, be sure to tip them as they don't make much.

Nice hotel highly recommended
Quite impressive services staffs especially in Vietnam. This is the first Hotel or the only one hotel that I found in Vietnam that works and server other people with respect and honesty of course anywhere You go there is always some minors mistakes that people could made but Honesty is the Best policy as always. T T C hotels did it ! Smile ...they do earn mine respects for it as well as everything they have done . I'm highly recommend for all other travelers to stay at this brand hotels .I do believe everyone should be treated the same thank you

Three things that cost this hotel 3 stars from me are: no hot water for shower, out of toilet paper, wifi is so weaked that practically unusable.

Very unhappy with my stay here. First, my room smelt of bad cigarette smoke. When I requested a change of rooms, they instead came with a can of cheap air freshener which obviously doesn't help. Only after insisting did they change the room. Between my friend and I we had the opportunity to see about 4 rooms, all of which had differing layouts and bath facilities. Some had showers and some had tubs. Really luck of the draw what you get. Some layouts were really bad with no space for luggage. Wifi transmitter wasn't great and the rooms at the far end pretty much had no signal whatsoever. Room 5 has the best reception. TV reception was horrible, channels were all snowy. The hotel has a hot water problem. I arrived late and wanted a hot shower but the water was cold. The staff said that they use a solar heater so the water needed to run a while. Next morning I tried just that and after almost 45 minutes (managed to fill the tub 3 times over) the water temp rose to what I'd generously call mildly warm. I bathed for 4 days in barely warm water and it was terrible. The bottled water they provide is disgusting and tastes like they boiled corn in it. Avoid it and get your own bottled water. The neighbourhood is a ghost town at night. There is a huge wholesale market next door with lots of local shopping during the day, but at night everything is closed and the only thing available is a KFC. Not even a shop to buy water or snacks.

if you have a girlfriend never ever stay in this hotel, the recepition informed us that without any marriage cert its not allow to stay tgt under local law. unless u book another room. this is a total rip off.

Nice place to stay, good breakfast buffet, but lunch and dinner are below average. Hotel staff are friendly, but security people looks mean. Airport pickup service is good but pricey, $15 for 5 min. Driving. Local taxi would only charge you $5 for the same distance. Over all, the staying experience here is comfortable

I was chose to stay this hotel because of past good reviews (*and it was true! as I experienced it myself) and also the proximity to the airport. Having a late night transit and flying out the next day early morning. The airport was just about 15 minutes away conveniently. 2 security guards at the door and 1 friendly service crew with all smiles on. The neighbourhood is very quiet and great for a good night sleep. Just that overly quiet also means it can be dangerous for one to walk about in the streets nearby. No other facilities like convenience store to grab a drink or supper place to eat. Other than that, everything else is good. Pretty good (*given the price I paid for).

distance from airport was close. Service was excellent and staff super friendly... Surroundings was empty except the clothing market (tan binh). The room and condition was decent considering it's a 3star... The only shock was the smell of whatever cleaning material they used but its wasnt so bad after a while...

Breakfast is until 9 30 Group of guests came at 9 31 and where told that it was closed. Food was still out but they refused to let them in, is kind of ridiculous and very much unfriendly. Perfect way to make someone not want to come back

Nice hotel, but strong smell of incense in reception was very offputting. Only one pillow each, and reception were relucatant to give us more. Overall nice hotel, good price and value for money. Would return. Breakfast was good, nice to have option of fresh eggs and omlettes cooked for you. Would be good to have mineral water provided at breakfast

Hotel was great, had a wonderful experience. Prices were also very reasonable. Free breakfast was okay but have been to nicer. Hotel always has Taxi's available. Will be returning in the future. I am a stickler with hotels, especially from coming over seas, it was fabulous!

Great Stay!
Stay was pretty awesome. Room is big and clean, and the toiletries provided was very usable. Wifi was great. The bad side was the lack of breakfast varieties and there wasn't really a convenience store nearby. Other than that, the stay was over all great!

Overall the stay was ok. Ants in the bathroom seems to be a common issue at the hotel. The staff was very attentive. For tourists it might be not the best location. Taxi to the airport is around 5 USD. Taxi to the city center around 10 USD.

It was heaven.
I was in love with the room. We booked a suite and everything was amazing. The room was big and comfy with a lovely living room area by the window. The bathroom is nice. I especially love the bed. I have nothing bad to say about it. The only thing is that I wished I stayed there longer.

Lovely Hotel!
Had a great time staying at BelAmi Hotel in HCMC. First of all it was really close to the airport and traffic wasn't an issue at all. Like 10mins tops. Furthermore the staff were extremely accommodating as we had to check in earlier and they were efficient enough to ready our room within 30mins or so. Fairly close to District 1, taking a taxi will take you about 20-30mins. Cleanliness was top-notch including the in-house laundry and room service. Had a very pleasant stay and will definitely recommend it to my friends.
