Arrived midnight from the UK to find that despite having pre-paid the room many months earlier, and having called the day before to confirm that everything was in order ,was told hotel is fully booked and no record booking. Hotel management eventually shipped us off after hours of waiting to another hotel for the night.
Apart from the booking mess-up, the place is fine. Review for 2 bed apartment - Decent spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and living room areas... reception staff courteous and helpful. 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, and the Al-Rigga main road of restaurants is about the same distance away.

I liked the spacious rooms but the amenities were poorly maintained and there were a lot of flies and cockroaches in my apartment. They were informed and nothing was done about it.

The staff especially front of house staff couldn’t do enough for you especially the lady on reception very helpful. Apartment very spacious and clean great to have a washing machine and a proper kitchen I had 3 bathroom and 2 bedroom apartment and I further booked right up until the end of September well done nujoom apartment keep up the great work

1) The staff were very uncooperative - not willing to help me/listen to me.
2) There was mould all over the place/dirty conditions.
3) It is not like the image shown - it is run down and in a very bad condition.

The hotel is situated in a very nice location close to a shopping center. Very nice staffs who are willing to assist anytime. Spacious rooms. The only negative comment is that the cooking utensils in the kitchen were not adequate. This should be improved upon. Apart from this, the hotel is generally okay. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The apartment was cute and very clean.The attendant were all very helpful. There is a shopping mall just opposite d hotel to take care if our needs.However,the udea of not having a buffet breakfast is not good enough.Also our flight came in early hours say about 6am and we were not checked in until 2pm even after alerting the hotel by mail.We were told that expedia was supposed to have told us we cant check in. Otherwise everything went well.

The hotel apartments are a great place for families that enjoy peaceful staying, it is safe with very good reception staff. The location is superb, it is home away from home. The only challenge is the cleanliness, needs to improve on that. Otherwise we had a lovely time at this hotel. It's our place to stay. The spacious apartment is super.

This hotel from check in star terrible. Front desk are not helpful. Very poor customer service. Even I feeling bed of the service try to yolk to the manager. The person told me he is the front desk manager (Mr. Mohammed). So I have nobody help me. We have 6 people stay in this hotel he give us 1 key to use. I am bed luck when I check out is still the same person. I want keep to 2 luggage in the hotel(because I already booked another day stay here).and he said No. if I want keep here,he want charge me DHS 100/bag. Terrible customer service and what kind of 4 star hotel. I will be telling everybody not staying this hotel. I think the hotel needs good management.

If you like peace then this area is perfect. Front office team esp Krish was very very nice and cooperative. Rachel at the excursions desk is an amazingly friendly lady too.
A few roaches in the kitchen, apartments are cleaned daily but in a rush, need to be thorough.
I liked the room sizes, there was plenty of space in the apartments. The property didn’t provide many necessities; detergent, face towels, mismatched cutlery, no pots or pans for cooking, the microwave didn’t work, and I could list a host of other disappointments about the hotel, but why bother?? I would not recommend this hotel.

Called the hotel the moment I got to Dubai, check-in was the fastest I've ever seen.

Very dirty place. Killed cockroaches almost every day. The one I killed in the living room I found later on in the bedroom - after the "cleaning" staff moved it there with the broom.
I am still waiting to talk to the management about the 200 dirhams they charged me for luggage storage for 6 days without providing any tax invoice. Obviously, the staff is making extra money and won't let management know about any complaints.
This was definitely the last time we came here - after two years of returning. This place went down and is no longer worth the money.
After changing the hotel management this hotel is going down. We have come here for around two years now and things are constantly getting worse. The apartment we got last time was extremely dirty. It was annoying to touch anything in the kitchen though little is provided anyway. If you get to knives and forks including plates you are on the lucky side here. After complaining they gave us another room, which was a little bit better. Obviously, it had been painted in some parts. But this does not help with the general attitude, which you can find in this: I already had a second booking - returning after a short trip to India after 6 days. They really charged me 200 Dirham to store some luggage during these 6 days! I have never seen this before anywhere in the world. And this kind of attitude towards a long returning customer speaks for itself. Unfortunately, I could not cancel the prepaid booking - so I have to stay there - for the last time ever.
Loved the experience at Nojoum Hotel! Friendly, professional and co operative staff members. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was excellent, supermarkets and fast food shops close by. Al-Rigga street was 5 Mins away.

Good place to stay but one experience suprised me that although the payment was fully paid online and money diducted but the reception attendance was insisting to make the full payment again. I tried to explain and show him proof but that did not help. He had to call another staff for this issue. But at the end he had to let it go as there were already paper saying the money received.
Decent apartment near Dubai airport but far from the main attractions in Dubai. Rooms are ok but bathroom and kitchen a bit worn. Apartment is infront of busy road so can be abit noisy.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Very good location. Two bedroom apartments was large but condition of units require improvement. Good location. Decent restaurant. Excellent response to issues and pleasant and polite service
