“Excellent Value”

We stayed in a family room which was fine for our needs. Breakfast and service excellent, especially for the price.

“Daughter's graduation”

We stayed for two nights, arriving at 9.30pm on the first night. Later than this would have been a problem. Sue and David were very welcoming and helped with parking in the small yard behind the B&B. Breakfast was delicious with a choice of fruits and cereal, and cooked breakfast. Choice was offered at all stages and brown or white toast was available. Advice on local sights, shopping, restaurants was given. Altogether a most enjoyable stay.

“Pleasant suprise”

When we first arrived, we were warmly welcomed and shown the way to the car park, that was a little bit hard to reach, but very convienient. Then we were introduced, and shown where the dining room was, which was very clean and modern. We were then shown to our rooms, which was pleasant, spacious and tidy. The decor of the room truly was fantastic. There was no outdoor noise, the room was warm, and the beds were rather comfortable. The breakfast was superb, with a flexible timing for all. The range of food to eat was excellent too. I would recommend it to anyone, it was most pleasing.

“Great location for visiting the barbican.”

Lovely friendly owners, very welcoming and breakfast was lovely! The guest house is in a lovely quiet area but within walking distance to the hoe and barbican and also the Plymouth pavilions. I would definitely stay there again.

“Very good for our needs”

The hosts David and Sue were excellent and could not do enough for you. They show a real understanding of the needs of each guest. The room was very clean and well equipped. Given its central location, it has walking distance access to attractions such as the Hoe and Barbican waterfront. Inevitably though, this sort of victorian building has a range of room type, including basement locations. It had more of a boarding house than B&B feel.

“Home comforts at a sensible price”

Sue and David made me very welcome. I had a comfortable room and a good night's sleep; and I will certainly go back next time I need to stay a night in Plymouth.
