“Good value, price and location in its class”

Found the hotel staff helpful with acceptable service. Good location for shopping. Hot Water was an issue but just check in advance. Happy overall and will definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly. I requested and paid for hotel pick up but no one came to collect me. bit disappointed with this but my only complaint.

“Great Location”

Karol Bagh is a lively shopping area of Delhi and this hotel is very well located. The free airport pickup was a Godsend and the staff are very friendly. Free wifi in the nice reception area is a benefit. The restaurant is not over user friendly, but the food is good and well priced. All in all I would not hesitate to stay there again.

“Cosy Hotel in Karol Bagh”

Hotel is well maintained though the surroundings look dirty due to construction work. The room was clean and well maintained. Free pick up was offered from airport.

“value for money”

We stayed in the hotel on 2 occassions during our entire trip, there was a remarkable difference in the two executive rooms provided. On the second occassion the room was more spacious and seemed well maintained. The biggest asset to the hotel was quality of food and complimentary breakfast. We were slightly disappointed with the hot water supply. Overall the stay was pleasant and the staff were friendly. Would recommend.

“Poorly managed”

I'd booked and paid for two nights at the hotel, but actually wrote off the second night and moved to another hotel. The room was unprepared and dirty, I had to ask for even the basic amenities such as towels and drinking water. The only plus side was the staff - they were friendly and acommodating, and got me whatever I asked for

“Location, location, location”

The location of this hotel is not so good. Their management is terrible, and the staff hardly speaks English... the room was comfortable, but seemed to never been deeply cleaned, and the sheets were dirty, so I had to put my own sheets... also, don't believe that they will pick you up at the airport, and don't expect a fair refund (the manager only pay half of the taxi value...
