Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. "Everything was amazing, from the gentlemen who checked us in to everyone else we encountered. The issue was our room was set to 26 degrees centigrade and even with turning off the system and opening the outside door the room would only cool to about 20-21 and was back up to 26 in a couple of hours. Cleaning staff indicated to just turn it off. 26 is crazy to heat a hotel to, from a sleeping and an energy perspective. Beds are comfy and have great duvets- no reason to set heat so high"
