Just arrived home from Paris staying 3 nights at Relais Spa Val d'Europe. Reason for the trip was to take my son to Disneyland Paris for his birthday. I chose this hotel having read the reviews and due to how close it was to Disneyland. My son and I had an amazing time from start to finish. The hotel was great, from our room, all the amenities, to the staff. Sadly we didn’t get a chance use the Spa or pool, Disney took up all our time. The local area around the hotel is lovely and there is a very nice mall, restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this hotel even if you’re not visiting Disneyland. I hope to visit again soon.

I have been visiting this hotel for a number of years. I have just returned after a 5 night stay- the last time I visited was approx 3 years prior to this. I was left very disappointed by the service from the staff- it just wasn't at the standard that I recognised from previous trips. The hotel itself is perfectly placed, shuttle to disney provided and easy walkable access to shopping and food outlets. It's clean and classy. The hotel itself is great, the staff let it down. I'm sure it's not all staff but those that we encountered were not very helpful whatsoever. Issues with the door in the room which didn't close and we reported an issue with the kettle in our room which wasn't working. It took 4 phonecalls and 4 hours to finally get it replaced. This may seem like a minor thing but is an example of poor communication and lack of service. Not sure if I would stay here again based on the staff

Most of the front desk staff are helpful. They provide complimentary transport to the Disneyland. Room comes with kitchen and fully equip with appliances and utensils.

Beautiful hotel but very disappointing that the use of the pool is restricted to 10am-12 noon and 3pm-5pm for children. I understand that this is a spa hotel but as it does cater for families, especially as it's a superb location for Disney, times for pool use for families should be reconsidered. Personally I would prefer family time to be earlier, like 7am until 10am. this would then allow families to enjoy time in the pool before going to Disney parks and that would also allow unlimited use of pool for hotel/spa guests from 10am onwards.

Amazing place, with great staff - awesome shuttle service to and from the parks. Small Carrefour and bakers around the corner for breakfast, little dishwasher in the rooms to save on the washing up. Short walk from Val d’europe train station if you want to pop in to Paris.

I loved everything about this hotel. They are super helpful from telling you about local places, or even places a bit further out and providing you information on how to get there. We also took the shuttle to and from Disney and they were very quick and responsive about it. We had no trouble at this hotel and would definitely visit again and recommend to others.
