inside the room, there was a bad smell and also the ventilating fan is broken so that the smell keep inside the room, the staff refuses to help us change to another room. it is a very bad experience.

Budget by name, budget by nature
Great location for the train station and just one stop to Disney… the rest, definitely consider another hotel if you want comfort and more than just croissants/hard-boiled eggs and cereal for breakfast. Uncomfortable bed and some of the worst pillows I’ve ever had the misfortune of sleeping on. At least clean and staff, although not that smiley, are helpful. Needs a bit of love and money throwing at it I feel.

The location of the hotel was very good for trvellers to go to Disneyland and shopping centre. But the room is extremely small, it's hard to take shower properly even for me a s a medium-sized woman. The plugholes in the bathroom and the basin are disgusting, seems never cleaned.

Left my toileyry bag in the room. Returned 1 hr later to retrieve it and it magically disappeared. Would not let me back in to look or talk to maid who cleaned room, who obviously stole it because it had very exoensive cologne in it. Avoid these thieves at all costs
