Wow, our stay here was terrible. It was honestly just one night, to catch a flight the next day, but if I would have known how this hotel was I'd have booked somewhere else. The hotel location is good since you're in the airport, but besides that, there's not much more good to talk about. The check-in was very impersonal, but I told myself that it was okay. When we got to the room, it was very hot, looked kind of old and dirty, but we worked with what we had. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, only one clean. The beds were a disaster, it was just a cot & mine had bedbugs!! Its been years since I've had to deal with something like that, I felt the bugs having an bite out of me and I had hives throughout my body. I was going to complain, but I decided to just make it through that night to be able to get home. The next day we went down to the breakfast buffet, what a nightmare! Not only is it very limited, everything is cold, even the eggs! Lots of pastries, few cereals, but the basics of eggs & ham and the likes, seemed to prepared very early and by 7:30AM they were as cold as ice. I honestly had some juice and fruits given that scenario and left. Check-out was okay, staff member could have been more patient with my French, just as I had to be with his English. Anybody that speaks more than one language should be treated with patience & respect, because most of the time they are thinking & translating in their heads before speaking. I definitely will not be coming back!
