Very clean, safe, friendly staff and good service. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Location was good to use public transport - 10mins from Disney by Car, 20 mins by Bus-Train. Easily commutable.

Don’t stay. This is the worst Novotel in the world. I booked three rooms, all dirty and dusty. Uncleaned stained toilets. Shoe marks in the showers . Staff didn’t care about my concerns. Breakfast is poor. 2022 and no veggie or vegan alternatives to sausages? Only corn flakes available . A two slice toaster . Very poor and unhygienic. The restaurant manager touches the juice mouth piece with his hands when replacing the juice. Disgusting mushy scrambled eggs. Horrendous. Only good thing is the parking and tesla charging.

We stayed here as it was near Disney land it was easy to find, great breakfast, great room, beds were comfy, perfect for a family stay. There is a pizza restaurant walking distance and an American diner down the road also. Just could not recommend this hotel enough I’d you have driven and happy to drive around and to Disney land

Rooms small but overall nice
The hotel was nice, the rooms are small for a family of 4. But the hotel had a pool and playground. We had 8 people and ask for a joining rooms, they said yes but then didn't have them.
