The hotel was excellent. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent too as it was only a 10 minute walk to the theme park. Check in and check out was very easy and efficient. The only very slight negative is that we didn't get any help taking the luggage from the hotel to the taxi and the doorman stood and watched whilst we tried to hold the door open and wheel the suitcases through at the same time. Apart from that everything else was superb.

Perfect place to stay a few minutes walk from Disney for 10 of us, 3 generations, 6 adults and 4 children aged 3-7. High staff ratio, never had to wait for anything in the hotel. Check in and check out were quick. When we arrived we left our luggage and headed straight to the parks. Our luggage was waiting for us in our 3 rooms on our return. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

We travel to Disney every year and decided to visit the marvel hotel before we transfered to Disney hotel. The stationary in the room was scribbled all over and the review cards were filled in already we had a 2 month old baby with us and there was noise on our floor we tried ringing reception and the phone didn't work when I went down to reception they said they would look into it but didn't feel it was dealt with and the noise continued reported it again to reception the next morning but no apologies or anything. Concierge staff were lovely with the kids and restaurant staff were lovely food was ok but for a 4 star hotel I definitely think the lesser star hotels offer more for the money and attentiveness
