This hotel was beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Be aware that it is far from the city. You will need a car or plan to catch the metro. The hotel had a shuttle but it did not pick up from the airport until 4pm. Our flight landed at 7am. Luckily, it was not far so it is easy to Uber to. There are also shopping malls very close. One 5 mins away and one 10 mins away.

Bookings of property are not organised well. Breakfast was paid before we arrived but was still wrongly charged. Key could not be used after one day but we have actually reserved for five days. Air circulation in the room was poor, we got running nose these few days. Sofa bed was not clean, my daughter’s skin got red dots when she woke up. It is cheap. We don’t expect good services, but the hotel is clearly not well maintained.

Dining area was too small.
Really comfortable and clean place, but the breakfast area was too small, we had to wait and observe the people to get a table to sit on, one of the staff weren't happy to be told to clear the table so we can sit on. The reception staff were too friendly and polite.

Amazing accomdation, very comfortable, clean, and easy commute to CDG. They offer a private shuttle to the airport at 3euro per person which was fantastic.

Staff do not even answer the phone when you call from the room. Shuttle bus service doesn’t exist. Sent 2 messages through Expedia with no response. Plus sent an email based on their instructions and no one answered. Staff work with private drivers to scam people . I asked for a taxi van the night before, but when I came downstairs on Saturday 4 am, the person that finished my checkout told me that there is no van taxi and there are 2 taxis cars that I have to take instead . Up to that moment I was ok, but it turned out that the 2 cars are privet cars and didn’t even had a meter. One of them took all of my luggage and the second one my family and I. Just before arriving to the airport the driver told me that they work with the hotel and I have to pay 30 euros for each car for a total of 60 euros. I told him that didn’t make sense to me because I paid 20 euros for taxi van the day before with a meter. The driver argued with me and said that he doesn’t care I have to pay the 60 euros 30 to him and 30 to the other driver to get my luggage back. He said this is the arrangement he had with the hotel. My wife and I felt unsafe and I had to pay. I trusted your hotel staff to get me real taxi , but I felt that I was taking advantage of. I’m still on vacation and I was planning to send an official complaint to Novotel hotel and Expedia when I get back to Canada. My office in Montréal is close to your hotel and I always stay there and always have a good experience.
