We travelled to London last weekend to show our Daughter, who is 5, the sights. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the Cookies were fabulous!
My daughter had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed herself. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the London Eye and other major attractions.

I only stayed in the Trafalgar Hotel two nights but was very pleased with the cleanliness and
comfort of the room with a view overlooking Trafalgar Square. The hotel staff could not have
been nicer especially Austin and Ibby. I lost my wallet the 2nd day in London, containing all my money and credit cards. These two kind gentlemen were immensely helpful to me and even
assisted me in getting to Heathrow Airport to make my flight back to the states. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, England.

We have stayed in a number of 3 star Hotels in London over the years all reasonable but never outstanding.
This Hotel was certainly worth the extra money and provided a truly exceptional experience. It has to be said I booked early and managed to get 50% off the usual rate.
The only issue was in booking out, not enough staff. I went to the Concierge to complain and was impressed for the issue to be resolved immediately and with a calm professional attitude.
Will be returning next year once I have saved up, thank you Hilton for a fantastic stay.

Stayed one night only. Easily accessed via the Tube. Nice, modern room with large queen sized bed which is more than one can say for your standard European hotel room. Plenty of space for luggage. Well appointed bathroom with all amenities one would need. Great location with plenty of good pubs nearby. Hotel bar is nice and had plenty of fellow travelers stopping for a drink and/or a meal. One of the best things about this hotel was the fast WiFi connection. After a couple of weeks of dealing with terrible hotel WiFi at other places in Europe this was a nice change. I was able to remotely connect to my office in North America and actually get some work done.

they even heard a conversation between us that it as her birthday and brought a cake with a candle and a big 'happy Birthday' written on it. we were impressed by their attention to detail

This hotel cannot be in a better location, the staff is absolutely excellent, from the first employee to the last. The WI-FI was slow and the restaurant breakfast even though pretty good, I thought too pricey.

We arrived 3 hours early for check in but the assistant at the desk (Lourdes) managed to get us our room very quickly. This allowed us a quick wash and change before heading to the concert in the afternoon. It is a great location for visiting the usual sites. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.
