Very satisfied with my stay in this hotel . Close to shopping center , breakfast was great , happy hour had great selection of drinks and beers .
Staff was very helpful all the time.
Great location, close to the biggest mall in the area, and in the middle of a lot of restaurants and bars. Reception and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative that I see is housekeeping asking and pressuring so they can clean the room.
I found this over priced hotel to be- by far- the worse I have every encountered. I have stayed in Ciudad Chihuahua several times at the Hampton Inn. It was unavailable during this time so, unfortunately, I had to stay at the Wingate. The only two things that occurred correctly were checking in and checking out. The breakfast food was terrible including the coffee which my wife stated was the worst. I have eaten Mexican breakfasts on hundreds of occasions and this was by far the worst. When we first entered our room there was still trash in the nightstand drawer, no washcloths, the room carpet was dirty, the curtains were broken. We asked for washcloths they had none (12/23/21). The next day (12/24/21) after the terrible breakfast, we left the hotel at about 0900 hours. When we returned the room was cleaned, more or less. We attended happy hour. The drinks were acceptable but the food was again substandard. So much so that my wife became nauseated with indigestion and I felt the same. We noticed there were very few channels on the TV too. On 12/25/21 we again left the hotel at about 0900. We saw housekeeping at work on the way out. When we returned at about 1700 hours the room had not been cleaned, the dirty towels had not been exchanged. We contacted the desk and informed them and they stated the housekeeping had left for the day and sent a security guty to bring towels. I now very much regret staying at this hotel. I wll stay at Hampton Inn next time.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable but there were no cups or glasses in the room and only one packet of regular coffee for the tiny coffee maker. Went to the desk to request cups and more coffee. Desk clerk said he did not have any more coffee packets to give us (unless we wanted decaf...yuk) and promised to send someone to room with cups. Never happened. Also, did not seem like it was easy to walk to any restaurants and theirs was closed, They did have a bit of free food for Happy Hour (6-8 pm) along with some wine and beer so we didn't totally starve. They offer free breakfast from 6-10 am, but we had to be at the airport before breakfast was served so I can't comment on that. The main reason I selected this hotel was for the promised shuttle to the airport. They instead said they could call a taxi for us and it would cost 220 pesos (about $10 USD) but the driver charged us 320 ($15) and seemed a bit shady. Was very disappointed with that. The shower was absolutely amazing though.
El hotel esta muy bien acondicionado, se ve relativamente nuevo, las amenidades se ve muy bien. pero la limpieza si es algo que necesitan mejorar.
Los pisos sucios, y la alfombra del pasillo tambien, el tapiz en especifico de mi cuarto estaba sucio.
We had a terrible stay at this hotel, very bad service, no help with the luggage, very dirty rooms, very dirty lobby, the hotel was dirty in general, the pool area was overcrowded, dirty and noisy, Breakfast area was full of dirty plates with food on them, will not stay in this hotel again, not recommended
The staff are extremely friendly and some are bilingual. The rooms were very cozy and the housekeeping was very thorough. The pool and spa were very comfortable and great amenities!
We are loyal to Wingate Wyndham, you can go back and check our records with Expedia every time before Covid we always stayed they’re without any issues now. Not recommendable we get here and receptionist had us wait while serving others not very professional!! With this stay it just made us not want to stay here in the future!! Our room was ok but our bed was UNSANITIZED we had to sleep in a fold out bed because our bed was not clean and the pillows stunk like they haven’t been SANITIZED IN A WHILE!!
Fuimos victimas de un robo por parte del servicio de limpieza, no recomiendo hospedarse en el hotel ya que habia bastante gente en el area de la alberca sin respetar la contingencia.

Buenos días en ese momento se vio el problema de inmediato el cual fue aclarado con la supervisora y la camarista, ya que la camarista realizo la limpieza de la habitación estando ustedes presentes. Antes de dejar el hotel ya no solicitaron hablar con recepción o gerencia que estamos 24 horas para solucionar cualquier problema.
Rooms were super clean and comfort, but common areas were dirty and the breakfast service was AWFUL!! took me 60 minutes to get a coffee, also the guy was cooking with same gloves that he was wearing when cleaning tables. We are in the middle of a pandemic, you need to be extremely careful with the cleaning stuff

We are working on it and making improvements in the areas since at that time we did not have staff for the common areas and for breakfast

At check in they requested an unexpected $MX 1,000.00 deposit. At checkout the clerk was hesitant of the process needed to refund it. After 4 days it was credited to my bank account

Good morning on the website comes where a deposit of $ 1000 pesos is requested for any incident during your stay, which is returned at the time of your check out if you leave the voucher open, the card performs the release of the deposit in 2 to 3 days already that only your money is retained in the account, and the bank has already released your money. Sorry for the inconvenience, but they are Hotel procedures. We hope to see you again.

This is a good hotel - rooms small but comfortable- decent beds- good bath/shower. Attractive ambient - decent facilities- functional WiFi. The only comment slightly negative which I could make is w respect to the free buffet at happy hour - a nice feature- BUT - if that’s something you will plan to take advantage of - choose the Best Western next door (literally next door) - their (BW) free buffet is a 10 while Wingates is a sad 3-4. Crappy nachos with velveeta, and the major treat was a hot-dog- the BW has tacos, wings, club sandwiches hot soups etc etc - Wingate needs to up their game if they want to meet the competition. BW has them beat in nearly every category for about the same room rate
