"Nice place to stay "

"Nice, new and modern hotel. About a 10 minute walk to 5th Avenue. The area was quieter and less touristy, but still right in Centro and walking distance to many areas. There were some nice local restaurants close to the hotel. We always felt safe walking in the area day or night. All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast restaurant) were always friendly and helpful! A la carte breakfast was tasty and filling. Definitely a great small boutique hotel in Playa del Carmen that we would...

"The hotel is modern, and rooms are nice and comfortable. The area is quiet, there is no noise from bars or shops. The pool on the rooftop is just great, I enjoyed it a lot"

"The kitchen had everything needed to make and prepare meals to help cut costs. The bed was very comfortable and the airconditioner just loved pumping out cold air. The host/maid Judy was amazing and super friendly made me feel welcome and like it was a small apartment building. One thing if you are a light sleeper the noise may be a problem, you are on 5th ave and Senior Frogs is not even a block away and they play and talk very loud until 2-3 in the morning. Nearby everything (shops, 7/11, food), and close enough to the beach/fifth avenue without being too loud. Staff were kind and rooms were cleaned daily.
