Bardzo mily i pomocny personel. Hotel zasluguje na swoje 5 gwiazdek. Pyszne jedzenie, czyste pokoje, darmowe wifi na terenie calego hotelu (w pokojach rowniez). Apartamenty z prywatnym basenem bardzo dobrze wyposazone.

Overall it was a good hotel. Food was quite good with a lot of choices although there is a dress code which I found silly. The room was good and clean like all the areas on the hotel. The bad thing is that you have to pay for your drinks while taking your dinner. The real bad thing was that the beach just in front of the hotel is bad and you have to go to the next one that you have to pay for the umbrella and drinks which makes it a very expensive hotel. It is a good choice but expensive for what it takes.

Great Hotel. Right at the beach and with a nice pool. Shares some facilities like a bigger pool, tennis courts and stage with the surrounding Hotel which means you get everything you need. Very spacious rooms and lovely staff. I recommend this Hotel, especially if you have children.

The staff doesn't guide you properly. They also don't speak proper English, which led to MANY MANY misunderstandings!!! We stayed at the Grand Suite with Private Pool; the pool of our room was so dirty, we haven't touched a foot in it. There were even hair in the pool; most likely they cleaned it before the season started. You can't even open a window in the room; you have to open up the entire door and then, LOTS of bugs come inside and they torture you throughout the night. Both the shower and the bathtub drains were blocked; when we left the room, the bathtub (they call it a jacuzzi!!!) was still filled with water from 3 days ago... The pool "bar" was so slow and they didn't know how to make many cocktails. The sea pictured isn't well-represented; the sea is mostly filled with sea weed and grass. I don't even know how this hotel has 5 stars. Very dissapointed. Don't go here.

Excellent seafront resort
We had a great vacation at Theophano Imperial Palace. The location could hardly be better - just meters off a long private beach. Hotel amenities include everything necessary, with a few restaurants, offering a wide choice of delicious food. Service was excellent (I would particularly recommend Dimitris, the restaurant manager), rooms are spacious and very clean - in short everything, needed for a very relaxing holiday by the sea.

The property was in excellent condition, clean, spacious, luxurious. The Staff accommodated me very well, moved me to a sea-view room. The Breakfast buffet was very rich despite it being late October end of season. The price was an extremely good late-season bargain and the weather was excellent, very mild as often in October.

nice hotel, not too many people
The hotel was nice, small and quiet with a lot of green stuff around. however, no wifi nor 3G working properly...I guess if one wants full disconnect that would be the place :)

Fantastic Hotel/complex in beautiful location
What a fantastic hotel and complex , had everything we could ask for , the staff were all very helpful and friendly , The resturant manger was very helpful , food was delisious and with lots of choice every day over all three dinning sessions , food was hot and had no probs with any of it. The pool area was well kept , plenty of sun loungers , the breach was great with plenty of places to set up for the day , lots of fish for snorkelling and also went on jet ski ,,,, great views out to sea, fantastic sunsets . Hotel was very clean through out . Some of the resturant staff set up on Monday after there shift finished (at 9.30) and played and sung local and English songs , that was great . Room was on top floor over looking the hotel grounds , which was a nice green view with plenty of space , over all a great place to relax and enjoy Greece. Thank you Theophano , see you soon .

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Im All Inclusive ist leider vieles nicht inklusive: kein Speiseeis, keine echte Coca Cola, nur lokale Getränke und lokale, günstige Spirituosen (kein Hanvana, Bacardi etc.) Die Speisenauswahl dagegen ist vielfältig.

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra personal
Fantastiskt hotell med supertrevlig personal som gör det lilla extra. Andra året i rad vi åker dit Vi hade deras stora svit med privat pool. Vi var 4 vuxna och 2 barn (5 & 7 år) Barnpool, en större pool och en lite mindre finns tillgängliga på området. Bar i anslutning till alla utom barnpoolen. Stranden är nära, men där är också det enda negativa med detta hotell. Stranden är rätt stenig. Går man något till vänster finns dock bättre vatten. Rekommenderar starkt att ta all inclusive. Maten är varierad och bra. Det enda jag saknade här är mer grillat. På kvällen är det minidisco för barnen, på engelska och ryska.

Отличный отель
Территория отеля просто восхитительная. Находится в комплексе с отелем Афос. Много бассейнов. Для детей отличный бассейн и водная горка. Большая и чистая береговая линия. Лежаки были практически все свободны. Бронировали клубный номер Анатолий. По номеру все понравилось. Есть чайник и все прилагалось(кофе, чай, сахар). От моря 30 метров. Единственный минус, а скорее всего совет администрации. Нужно повесить табличку о запрету использования в бассейне надувных матрасов. Они слишком большие для бассейнов на приватной территории клуба Анатолия и мешают остальным проживающим пользоваться услугой бассейна.

Çok güzel plaj
Otel ve plaj çok güzel, bulunduğu mevki de öyle. Odalar biraz küçük ama temiz. Kahvaltı büfesi iyi. En kötü yanı geç check-out için hiç kolaylık göstermemeleri. Plaj duşunda duş alıp tuvalette poşete koyduğunuz giysileri giyinmeniz ve sonra da üzerinizden çıkanları valizi tekrar açıp koymanız. Bence bu duruma bir çözüm bulabilirler dünyanın herbir yanında yaptıkları gibi..

un bel posto dove passare le vacanze
posto bellissimo, ottima cucina anche se un pò povera di pesce. Unico neo la spiaggia del'hotel senza sabbia e con scogli bassi per accedere al mare che diventa subito profonda, non proprio comoda per bambini piccoli o che non sanno ancora nuotare

Trevlig personal, jättebra poolområde, vi hade svit med egen pool vilket var väldigt skönt. Aktiviteter för barnen och mini-disco på kvällen. Möjlighet till all-inclusive. Det enda som man hade önskat var lite mindre stenig strand.

Ett mycket bra boende med bra service. Rent och fräscht både inomhus och utomhus. Prisvärt om man väljer till all inclusive. Ett minus var restaurangens öppettider, framförallt under frukosten.

Çok iyi konum, güzel plaj, tertemiz deniz
Otelin konumu çok iyi. Önünde çok güzel bir plaj var. Odalar ve genel kullanım alanları geniş, ferah. Biz yarım pansiyon konakladık. Akşam yemekleri bize pek hitap etmedi, yiyecek seçenekleri çok değildi. Aracınız var ise civarda çok çeşitli, güzel yemek yeme yerleri mevcut, buralardan faydalanılabilir. Otelin ekstraları biraz pahalı. Kola ana restaurantta 4,5 Euro, büyük su 3,5 Euro. Kahvaltı güzel. Genel olarak keyifli, gayet iyi bir otel, memnun kaldık.

Lyckad Familjevistelse. Utmärkt läge med lugn omgivning och trevlig personal. Mycket bra mat. stranden vid hotellet hade stenig botten men inget problem om man vandrar 200m lägre bort men då får man betala för solstolar. Lite tidig stängning av vissa pooler vid kl 18:00. Välskött och rent men inte lyxigt och till och med litte 70-80 tals känsla ibland. Riktar sig till östeuropeer åtminstone när vi var där men det utgjorde inget problem.

Pas ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 5 étoiles
Il ne s'agit certainement pas d'un 5* : aucun verre de bienvenue à l'arrivée, personnel peu souriant, froid, voire même fuyant : certain (e) détourne le regard à notre passage, des fois qu'on demanderait quelque chose. Chambre propre mais petite. Téléviseur ridiculement minuscule sur le mur ! Minibar vide. Pas de WiFi dans la chambre. Nous avons subit plusieurs fois de suite des contrôles sur la plage (de la part de la même personne) pour savoir de quel hôtel nous étions, de quelle chambre...montrer "patte blanche" pour avoir droit de se mettre sur un transat. Nous étions en demi-pension. La cantine, pardon le restaurant, n'offre que peut de repos (bruyant à l'intérieur, infesté de guêpes à l'extérieur), des plats classiques, souvent gras. Si vous n'êtes pas grèque ou russe avec famille nombreuse, point de salut, on vous ignore ! Nous sommes français venus en couple... Accès à l'hôtel difficile car situé derrière un autre hôtel du type "gros bloc de béton" usine à touristes. La même chose à côté. Pour aller à la ville la plus proche, Kalithéa, il faut marcher en bordure de route pendant 3 km dans le bruit des voitures et la pollution. Utiliser les bus (compter en moyenne 1/4 d'heure de retard) plutôt que les services des taxis aux tarifs exhorbitants. Non, vraiment nous n'y retournerons pas. A déconseiller à des couples ou à des personnes seules qui souhaitent passer des vacances agréables, faire des connaissances, parler aux uns ou aux autres.

η reception χρειάζεται περισσότερα άτομα με ένα άτομο για τόσο μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι αρκετό. Το περιβάλλον υπέροχο αν και τα κουνούπια χαλούσαν την διάθεση. Correspond plus à un 4 étoiles. Propre mais commence à vieillir. Buffet correct et varié mais horaires trop limités. Le plus la suite majestueuse avec piscine privée. Le personnel est sympathique. cadre agréable pour des vacances reposantes. Belle plage légèrement caillouteuse. Avons passé un beau séjour en famille.
