Marvelous relaxing stay- family trip to Amsterdam
We had a really pleasant stay in Amsterdam at Pillows. It’s a super relaxing vibe in a beautifully managed spot. It’s a nice location a bit away from the cross downtown but still walkable to a number of great spots. We had some fantastic dinners just a short 8 minute walk from the hotel and enjoyed the location next to the Vondel park. Lotte, James, Carlos, Carolina and the whole staff were wonderful and we loved the breakfasts prepared for us in the beautiful and intimate breakfast area. All in a wonderful 5 days in Amsterdam with our family.

A quiet hidden little gem near Vondel Park. Was walkable distance to the museum quarter and shopping as well as the canals and little boutiques. Plenty of dining and coffee shops around. Beautifully decorated and calm and serene. Excellent staff

There were few things that went wrong which unfortunately the staff did not handle very professionally Issues with the Wi-Fi, broken air con and cleaning the room Things can go wrong but the stuff is expected to be more professional when handling them

Nice, tidy and cosy hotel.
A nice, tidy and cosy atmosphere for a two night stay. Friendly and helpful staff keen to make your stay as comfortable as ever. Close to amenities yet tucked away in a quiet street. Good breakfast.

the hotel is just outside of the busy downtown area. Walkable to many places however. It is truly a small, boutique hotel, but lovely and clean. Staff very helpful.

This is a beautiful stylish boutique hotel in a lovely area beside the Vondelpark. The staff are fantastic and make you feel so welcome. Would definitely return!

Don’t miss this!
Fantastic little hotel in a beautiful area. Service was perfect - all staff were really helpful and attentive in every way. Loved the iPad contact service. Breakfast is quite pricey but that said, it is excellent, and you can have anything and as much of whatever you want from the menu. Stayed in a small room and if you don’t mind the lack of space it contains everything you could need. Lovely view as well. This is a great area to stay in beside Vondelpark and near museums. We were so glad we chose it after seeing other areas of Amsterdam.

Great hotel
The hotel is located next to Vondelpark, in a quiet neighborhood, which is perfect because you are in the center but with a pastoral atmosphere. We took a room that was spacious with a balcony, a living room and a great bathroom, so it felt like a small apartment. Stuff were amazing, trying to help as much as possible, it felt that they are always focused on your needs. Definitely recommended

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in - chic, trendy, calm in beautiful surroundings. The greeting from the staff when we arrived was spot on - felt really welcome. This continued throughout the stay. Can’t fault it

Really nice hotel and great service
This was a really nice hotel right next to Vondelpark. It felt more like we were staying at an exlcusive private residence than an ordinary hotel. The service was top notch and felt very personalised. The room itself was quite small, but well-appointed and functional. The only issue was that the windows were not very soundproof. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Amsterdam.

Very comfortable, lovely stay near Vondelpark
It was a bit disorienting when we arrived since the hotel has a very unassuming door and there isn’t the typical check in desk like in American Hotels, but the hospitality of all the staff was really stellar. We chose a small sized room and it definitely was snug, but felt very cozy and luxurious nonetheless. The room felt very clean and was well decorated, with a very comfortable bed. You can even call down to the front desk if you want a different firmness pillow- they have options for you! The hotel in a great location near Vondelpark and the museums, just out of the super touristy, hectic city center and canal rings, although there’s still plenty of cafes and food options near by if you’re looking. We really appreciated this aspect.

Gorgeous place inside and out. Very modern and clean. High end fixtures. Lots of thoughtful touches. Incredibly courteous staff. Resident chef was amazing. Check-in was lovely with a drink and snacks. My only negative is that the hotel could do without the smell of juniper in the air and of the soaps/creams. It was quite off-putting.

This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed for a week and had awesome service from very personable employees from check in to waiters to housekeeping. The hotel is centrally located near a beautiful park in a very walkable city. It's a little expensive, but has lots of good things going for it!
