“A really nice hotel in a frenetic city”

This hotel was really good. It was clean and bright with large rooms. The food was good and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It was a real relief from the hot, noisy streets to return there each day

“Excellent”

A nice hotel ideally situated for visits to the Golden Temple (~10 minutes by Autorickshaw). Although it is situated in the very busy main road, the room itself was in fact very quiet. Free WiFi is available (but for some reason I couldn't retrieve my emails) although web brousing worked OK. They can also arrange a car to take you to the Wagah Border for the closing ceremony. Overall, I can't really fault the hotel in anyway.

“Best midrange hotel of my trip”

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel during my stay in Amritsar. A true gem. For the price I paid, could not have asked for more. Rooms were extremely clean. Staff very helpful. Added bonus of swimming pool.

“Clean and friendly”

Had a fantastic stay here. The quality of the hotel was a welcome luxury from our stays in other places during our trip. First night was a little noisy as there was a party going on at the venue but we were still able to sleep. Staff were always friendly and food was nice with a variety of dishes. Our room was very well kept with bathroom spotless. Location was good. A few shops were walking distance away with train station local and airport about 20mins away.

“Excellent value for money”

The hotel is a large, fairly new hotel and very centrally located (only a very short tuk tuk ride from the train station). The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. The food in the restaurant is reasonable priced and of good quality. This hotel presents very good value for money.

“Does not deliver what it advertises”

Located on a very busy road (but could not hear traffic from my room ) 10 minutes away by rickshaw from the Golden Temple. Room spotless, well stocked ( complimentary water, tea bags, towels and washing products, fridge full to the brim, safe, large screen TV ) cleaned every day. Restaurant bright and well staffed . Good choice of food at breakfast. Did not eat there at other times. Good pool on the roof although staff unseen. Sauna and gym tiny and no massage available. On the whole, staff attentive, polite but won't go out of their way to help. Beware of noisy party bookings at the weekend ( loud music until 11.10 ).

“Illness”

We both became ill after eating at this hotel--different menus. The staff were dismissive of the thought that their food caused our problems, We are experienced travellers in India and know that our illness was not caused by the weather or too much spice as suggesed by the reception staff.
