This was a ‘permanent residence’ hotel. Security guards were there to guide where to go. The room smelled like smoke. The toilet was one foot off the ground. If we were staying longer than one night we would have gone to find another hotel. Someone was knocking on our door at 130am… I do NOT recommend this hotel

I feel like the listing completely misrepresented the property itself. Upon entering the hotel it smelled BAD. Once we were checked in, we entered a room where the TV was already on, the bed sheets were crumpled, and it again, smelled stagnant and moldy. We were in a “no smoking” room, yet the reeking smell of cigarettes was pouring through the vent in the bathroom. A few hours after being checked in, we start smelling the most pungent, strong garlic I’ve ever smelled in my life. The smell lingered for at least the next hour. When pulling the bed sheets back, we noticed not one, but multiple dark stains ( I’m not going to say for sure I know it’s blood, but that’s what it most closely resembled) all over it. After pulling those sheets back, we notice the mattress itself has the same dark stain on it. When we notified the front desk, all we were offered was “oh, sorry” and nothing further. We checked out a day early (immediately after attending the event we checked in for originally). Would not recommend, will be looking for a refund.

My toilet was plugged,I have to use the toilet downstairs, was disconnected, no WIF for the 4 days I spent there,unable to use my laptop,I found trash in the bathroom and spilled in the sink, bedsheets was not charged for 3days ; they really need to supervisor cleaners, but I reported to the night attendant, hope tonight is gone be fine, I’m still at work and I will be there at 11:15pm

The room we stayed in was nothing like the photos online. It was not clean, it looked like there was mold by the window, there was a soap in the shower, the water in the bathtub ran constantly and to top it off, we could smell smoke in the bathroom when we opened the door. Management came up to my room and insisted I leave when I wasn’t due to leave until the next day. Terrible experience.

Dirty, sheers were shredded, there were roaches, seemed like maybe a voucher hotel for substance abusers in a methadone program or something. Someone tried to come in our room by mistake at 2 am. We didn't want to eat there after seeing the condition of the place. So sad.

Photos were misleading the first room the shower was leaking, the whole place smelled bad we had to go buy air freshener in order to tolerate our stay. There was no gym or pool, breakfast was appalling, 20yrs ago it must have been nice. The window wouldn't close properly no wifi. Would not recommend, maybe at 1/2 the price point.

Place looks like a haunted mansion. Dark, GPS said you've arrived but couldn't enen see the place. One ice maker for entire building and by 7:45 it was empty. Toilet so low almost killed us. Like a preschool toilet. Cheap enough. Never again.

We are so disappointed with this hotel, it is a dump. Took some photos. Tub ran continuously you could not stop the water. I wouldn’t wash my dog in that tub or shower. The worst thing is we have another night there, on Friday night the Sept. 22nd. The only reason we booked there was because it was close to the car rental. Hotel houses a lot of immigrants on work programs. Wen we arrived all hovering outside. Very intimidating.

Very disappointing
Expected more from this brand. My room had a lot of bugs in the bathroom (not cockroaches or bedbugs, but some kind of beetle). There were only 2 out of 5 working lightbulbs over the bathroom sink. Water ran in the bathtub constantly. Wi-fi was VERY slow. Man who handed out the breakfast things acted put out if I asked for anything. I would not go back here.

Dirty and gross.
This place was gross. There was trash piled up in the corner by the elevator, I just shrugged it off thinking they were just getting it together. We found small bloodstains on the sheet in one bed, then moved to the second bed. Next morning we saw a bed bug on the blanket. It’s been a week and now my partner and I have bed bug bites. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE. Pay extra for quality cause I know I will next time.

This property is completely run down. Had to be moved to a different room because TV wouldn't work and power outlets were unsafe to plug in the bathroom. Had two of six lights working. This hotel is being used as a refugee hotel for people from a third world, African country of which I don't know the exact origin. You're never told that when you booked the reservation armed security in the lobby and people camped out in lawn chairs. Talking on cell phones in the front parking lot as well as kids riding bikes in and out of the cars. Avoid this place at all costs
