“Impressive”

The staff were brilliant - no request too much! can't wait to go back! Beware if you have Veritgo though, all of the lifts are glass! Teh rooms were leaned to a fantastic standard every day.

“Great Hotel”

This was our first trip to Abu Dhabi, it was very diffcult to pick a good hotel, but having chosen Hilton Baynunah it was a good choice. The location was central to most of the places. Hospatility was brilliant, hotel had a great swimming pool and a gym situited on the top floors onlooking Abu Dhabi city and the sea shore, the hotel was very clean and the room services was great, we would definitely go back to this hotel again.

“We will be back next year”

We cannot rate this hotel high enough. The room was alway welll cleaned and when we forgot to replace the do not disturb sign, although they knew we were away on a trip, respected our privacy and did not enter the room. They did however clean the romm when returned in the evening. The staff were always friendly and would go out of there way to help you. We had an anniversary and a birthday while there and received a lovely cake on both occcasions. Yes the hotel does not have a bar but there are pleanty of places where you can go to for a drink and we would rather have competant staff than a drink. We were so impressed with Abu Dhabi and the Hilton Baynunah we will be booking for next spring shortly.

“Short break too short!”

Other reviews have rated this as a poor hotel due to the lack of typical hotel ammenities. Well, I drove from Dubai (where i now live) and took my parents to the Hilton for one night for a change of scenery. Hotel was great, check in smooth, rooms very comfortable and have a little kitchenette - so you get more than you normally have in a room! There is a 27th floor indoor pool, a well equipped fitness room and a viewing area on 31st floor. restaurant served a great breakfast at a very reasonable price! Considering its proximity to the beach - and all the above - dont dither - do it!

“Great service for the second year running”

Got off to a great start when I was upgraded to a corner suite with a view along the Corniche to the Emirates Palace. The suite was huge, with lounge room, king bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen. We used room service a couple of times, which was quick and well presented. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. The hotel offers a good discount at the Hiltonia Beach Club and a 6Dir taxi will get you there. The only downside was that taxis can be difficult to get at the door as the Baynunah is located just off the Corniche in a little lane. I found it quicker to walk to Hamdan St, 150yds away where there are plenty taxis.

“Cant wait to go back”

This was a great experience the staff at the hotel could not have been nicer. The hotel was not on the beach but you could the sister hotel up the road. we did not find the fact the hotel did not have a bar a hinderence it probably made the hotel quiter and more relaxed, there are plenty of hotels close by that suppy alcohol

“A lovely stay”

Having read some previous reviews I was slightly concerned on booking but I need not have worried!! I stayed for 7 nights and found the hotel to be very good. I was travelling with my wife and three children and they allowed me an early check in then I was impressed when they upgraded our room to a two bedroom apartment!!! Swimming pool with beautiful Corniche views on 29th floor and excellent central location. Very good service (Concierge Ibrahim and Emily at receptiion were brilliant!). Only slight grumble was breakfast was the same every day but the kids loved it!! Overall I was very happy with my stay and would recommend.

we found this hotel exceptionally clean all staff very helpful and friendly.hotel was situated very central to all amenties whether it was shops corniche all a nice walk away or short journey by taxi very cheap.great city to be in climate very good for time of year yes we will be back .

“Short stay review”

Good value for money - only negative is a shuttle service from the airport would have been good. We had to make our own way from the airport to the hotel and as it was our first time in Abu Dhabi it was quite hard to understand the taxi service as some are metered and some not - so which is the better option??? Hotel nice and close to the Corniche and also the Emerites offices where we caught our bus to Dubai. Would recommend. Breakfast which was inclusive was good but menu for other meals not so great. I have pictures of the room but havent downloaded them yet - if anyone wants to see them let me know

“Nice hotel close to the beach and Marina Mall”

If you are familiar with the Hilton standards, the hotel offers the standard of Hilton Hotels in Europe and North America with one caveat, the breakfast it is a little different given that in a muslim country you wouldn't get pork meat. In general terms, very good hotel, I would visit it again. Great pool with fantastic views of the city. With a short walk you can get to the bus that takes you to Marina Mall and it isn't too far also from the beach, the Corniche area which is quite nice, the beach and the bust stop to take the city tour bus.
