The atmosphere was peaceful and tropical. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The breakfast buffet had everything you could imagine.

“Very good location, lots of staff, but a few times we came across a lazy shift at the bar, or they just wanted tips. We didn’t notice this with anyone else. Super friendly and very attentive in the buffet. Worth noting the cake they gifted for the birthday, as well as the complimentary sweets in the room and champagne, plus they decorated the room with balloons. The rooms are clean, the linens are decent, and we have no complaints about the kitchen either

Check-in/out is incredibly too long. Waited atleast an hour to be checked in. Rooms were smelly and bed linen were overwhelming stank. Had to contact guest services for clean bed linen and the new linen still had an odor. Roaches were throughout the room all day and night.

As always, the staff at the buffet and restaurants — José, Ruben, Miguel, Lilianna, and David — are absolutely amazing! Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail make every visit special. Definitely a five-star team!

Loved the food on the beach. The beach was well maintained and the pools were very fun and beautiful
