"A large group of us 20+ went to celebrate everyone’s birthdays. Could not have asked for a better week or better location. The resort exceeded our expectations! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you are happy and comfortable throughout your entire stay. The blind butcher and Hibachi were my two favorite restaurants. Already planning our next trip!!!"
"Beautiful property and layout. Brand new hotel, Hardly any other guest. Wished we were placed in a better room - It was overlooking a partial parking lot for golfers, we did have ocean view & it was beautiful. Pools and staff excellent. Prices are outrageous at the restaurants & food was not good. $10 for a coconut water then fruit plate & tax & tip equals $67. I asked for papaya, I was charged for a full fruit plate. Breakfast is $50/person. No Uber eats allowed. Go to Jumbo, you can get fruits etc to take back. Dinner first night for 3 was $212. John, Aissette & Junior were amazing! Friendly, courteous and extremely helpful to us. Made our stay welcoming and worth it! Book excursions- it’s worth it. Unfortunately there’s a seaweed issue on beach but the clean it every morning. "

There was never a dull moment. From morning to night, there were activities and entertainment for both kids and adults. Every day just kept getting better!

"The hotel was great. The food and drinks were amazing. The hotel is quite not too much to do. It’s a great place to relax and lay back. However, the beach is not good at all . Lots of seaweed but even if there is no seaweed, there are lots of rocks too. Overall, we had a great stay at Dreams Cap Cana."
"The property was nice and well decorated but not very clean. It had a lot of dust and one of the toilets was very dirty. And the floor had hair. When we leave the property we left everything very clean and organize. We even wash all the towels we used. When we arrived to the property the property manager Ms: Perla left us a paper that we had to sign with our credit card information. For any property damage. I was waiting to see her in person and meet her but she told me she was going to come two times and never arrived but we had a great communication throw the phone. After we left she send me a massage of 19 photos trying to charge me for supposedly stayed of towels that we never made, I found that not honest. When I text her before we left for her to please come so I can show her how great we were leaving the property and she was unable to come. For this reason I will never will rent with them no more or recommend to no one they try to get extra money charging for extra cleaning fees. Be careful if you rent this property they are not honest. "
