Room's(double bedded & ocean view) & pools were clean & spacious though one of the washroom tap were leaky. friendly staff, but food were not that great, only on an average scale. Overall satisfied for the money that I spend.

Everything has been amazing. From the minute that we walked into the resort, the staff has been so friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent at every restaurant including the buffet. The preferred club breakfast at Olio was excellent, the only issue I would say is that it took way too long. We went twice and it was the same both times. Plenty of chairs down by the pool, I don’t notice any saving chairs, people were just down before 8am at the pool anyways. We went down around 10:30am and still found chairs. Could just be that the hotel was maybe at 50% capacity. Would come back but let’s see how they do at a higher capacity.

Everything about this place was amazing! 10/10 experience. The staff went above and beyond and the service was honestly wow from beginning to end. The room was clean, the atmosphere was beautiful, and everyone made us feel so welcomed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Perfect for families and such a relaxing experience overall! The only thing I would improve is the beach cabana reservation system. It would be much more convenient if guests could reserve the beach cabanas in advance instead of having to go in person the same day to request one.

Beautiful property, room was clean, spacious and a beautiful view of the ocean. A little remolding on the outside was going on during the time we were there...it was not distracting or loud at all. The staff was very attentive and respectful. Food at the restaurants were all very good and chef and waiters were accommodating to food allergies. The Spa was wonderful...so glad we splurged for the full experience at the Spa, well worth it! Will definitely go back!

The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list.

The resort itself is very nice. Pools and property kept very clean, staff very attentive and the food, especially at the restaurants was excellent. I had an ocean front room in the center section; very nice. Had to be moved 2 times during a 4 night stay. Room was very humid but thought AC turned up. AC would not cool, stayed very humid. Thermostat was also broken. Female mgr saw it flash on/off on its own & temp changed! Had to move. Some rooms have an AC system that needs more coolant added or the coils may need cleaned. Sheets, loveseat, lamp shade over table and part of the floor had visible moisture you could see and feel. Fortunately concierge, Allen, was outstanding with helping me through the issues. Rooms 4009 and 5010 both. He also helped with getting maintenance to fix the shower handle in room 5010. Handle would not turn far enough to allow cold water to mix. Allen took pics and saw everything I mentioned first hand. I have no intention on 'trashing' the resort on social media in any way but the AC issue was really bad and the cleaning crew needs to be more educated on looking for these issues and reporting problems. If they are reporting issues, shame on management for not doing their job. Spending 1 night in room 4009 and 2 nights in room 5010 was quite over bearing and uncomfortable, AC issues. Draining the AC pan in room 5010 did not help. Had to move again. couldn't take it anymore with the humidity. Sheets very damp, floor wet! Again, not good!

Second time here food is incredible and well maintained property

Magnificent. Clean, friendly and helpfully staff. Conveniently located. Adjacent park exceeded our expectations.

This was a wonderful resort. The food was very good and they had a large selection. Our only complaint was the buffet wasn’t open at dinner and the restaurants don’t have an open bar. Also be prepared to walk. The pool area is about a 5 minute walk from the lobby and there aren’t elevators to the rooms. We will definitely come back.
