Everything was amazing! I will definitely give this experience 5 stars. The only small issue was with the vegetarian food. Our group had 10 people, and everyone was vegetarian. The staff made sure to provide vegetarian options at every meal, which we truly appreciated. However, the taste of some of the dishes was a bit unusual. That said, we still enjoyed the trip a lot and were happy to compromise. For future trips, it would be great if you could include more flavorful and varied vegetarian options as well. Beautiful Resort , we had a pleasant stay. The staff was great and our personal concierge Fonzi was everything we needed for our odds and end on our trip. He provided above and beyond service.

Beautiful property. Did not feel crowded ever. Fun staff everywhere. Meals were great, not excellent. Bars were good not great, warm beer occasionally. No drink menu to choose fun drinks from. Did not care for push to take meeting like a timeshare Overall review - just below excellent.

Great Place, Great Staff. My wallet was stolen at the Hotel the morning of my departure. Not sure if it was House Keeping, or if i left it at the front desk. That morning the cards were used at the hotel and they never flagged the multiple purchases internally.

Don’t get me wrong the rest of our hotel experience was amazing! BUT everything did go down hill when we discovered that whoever cleaned our room or stocked the fridge went through my boyfriend’s wallet, that we hid btw in a bag, and stole 100 dollars from us. That kinda killed the whole experience. Of course we reported it to security. They said they were going to investigate, but I doubt we’ll ever get that money back. We kinda just took the loss, but that a bad experience to have at a 5 star resort. Rooms were okay priced just felt like if you’re paying that much you shouldn’t get stolen from.
