As soon I booked the hotel I received a welcome message from them. I was able to checking online with not problem. There is a 24/7 front desk service. I received my complimentary breakfast which I was very pleased. The breakfast service was excellent and the food was delicious. The free parking is a plus. I feel save walking around, during the day.

Food was good but pricey. Beach water was calmer coming to the edge of water. Resort wasn’t too far out from the airport (40 min.). Expensive to take a taxi ride into San Juan.

So this review is more reflective of the resort, if you’re seeing the reviews and think renovation will be complete by the time your trip arrives possible think again. The casino was closed, the spa was closed, and it was very limited things to actually do on the resort.
