"Staff was fantastic and the room and amenities were great. This location is close to many eateries and popular locations. The free popcorn at the pool was delicious and a nice touch. The coffee in the lobby was good.The only thing that wasn't good was the Marijuana smell that seeped into my room and gave me a headache. The room had no, no smoking signs. "

"Food options were excellent. We dined at Solara and Serafina onsite. The hotel is very walkable to surrounding dining options as well. In our room, the shower was really only usable with the wand as the rainhead was calcified and plugged causing the water to not flow well. The views from the room were excellent. Would have loved to be able to open a window. The AC worked well to reduce the humidity, but seemed almost too cold when returning to the room (we did try to adjust it). The room was spacious. Bed was comfy and linens were good quality. All staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again if the opportunity to travel back to the San Juan area occurs."

"Patio Elba Suites did not miss! When I travel, I make it a point to find diamond in rough, boutique hotels and our stay here was exactly that. My family and I absolutely loved it. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub every night and I personally loved the modern touches and chic appeal of the entire property. The manager was very accommodating. We had an issue with our hot water and he came right away to assist. Our room was kept clean and it was easy to access our room on the key pad. We were also happy to have the kitchenette, perfect for the kids to be able to store snacks and drinks during our stay. Patio Elba is also every close to La Placita if you’re looking to go out at night. There’s some street parking, but be vigilant with securing a space! If you’re appreciative of authentic culture, and looking to be in a great centralized location to Old San Juan, Condado, and Island Verde - you should have booked yesterday! -Loclanie"
