Propiedad muy bonita y perfecta condiciones, el personal excelentes todos, dispuestos ayudar en todo momento y siempre una sonrisa en su rostro, muchas actividades para no aburrirse en ningún momento, comida deliciosa y variada..además los tour que ofrecen espectaculares muy hermosos y divertidos.. recomiendo el lugar 100 %

Everything was great, not a bad moment. Only negative for me was the desserts weren’t the greatest, but I’m not a desserts guy so didn’t matter overall amazing experience and will go back soon

Staff were incredible so this review is not on them. There has not been enough investment in amenities and systems in this resort. While we were there we had no working tv the entire time, our bathtub did not work, and we were not able to make reservations for restaurants until we arrived. This meant that we were not able to get reservations for several of the nights we were there. When we went to leave the resort we were told that in order to call an uber we would need to pay a taxi to take us to the front gate (which was over a mile from where the resort is on the property) and they couldn’t take us in the shuttle they have because it is against policy. It made us feel like we were trapped on the property. We normally like to explore nearby towns but this made it feel impossible so we didn’t get to see any of the surrounding areas

Service is terrific. The staff always goes above and beyond. Food is solid for resort food. Would visit again no doubt

Beautiful property, the food was incredibly delicious and great quality. The staff were all un amor!! So caring, friendly and ready to assist! The rooms were a little worn but still very clean and well maintained. The gym equipment can use an update.
